This place is fantastic. I’ve taken my cars there since 2008. They have repaired CD stackers, upgraded stereo screens, installed reverse cameras and supplied wiring for a Bluetooth hands free kit. Hats off to Ash who was just awesome all round.

These guys were brilliant. Diagnosed problem over the phone and exchange part arrived within 5 days on other side of the country.

WHERE DO YOU GET SERVICE LIKE THAT?

I have a Ford Escape 2010, fairly old, the radio just stopped working and Ford couldn't assist.

After contacting ASL, i spoke to Jeanette, who was so accommodating, apparently i had to remove the radio to retrieve the serial # and there was no way i could, so she advised me to bring in my car and it will be rectified, FREE OF CHARGE!

I took it in the next day, and Ashley, sorted it all out with a smile and not one cent was requested!

Honestly, this type of service has gone out of fashion.

Fadi you’re the man! Over the past 8 years I have lost count of how many times you have provided excellent service and exceeded customers expectations. The whole team at ASL are fabulous but Fadi you will always be my favourite.

WOW. The service from ASL is outstanding. Part and instructions worked perfectly. I had specified my ford didn't have reverse sensors by mistake and while talking to them they said "No worries, Ill send a box up that will plug in and fix it. " Not often I see service this good.

Sent head unit from SEQ the ASL on Monday arvo. The unit was returned by Friday morning. Great fast service. Can't recommend ASL heightly enough.

We bought ourself a Ford Escape to travel in Australia. Just an old one, but in good condition. We started the car, the radio did not work - it needed a code. Of course it was the one with the Panasonic radio. After calls with the Ford dealer and Ford Australia (they sended us to ASL Automedia!) we filled in the form on the website and made the payment. We did it with Paypall because you can only choose a residence in Australia and that will not work with a Visa Creditcard from the Netherlands. I waited just 12 hours and we got our code! Perfect! We are very satisfied!

Two replacement screens later, still no operating unit. I have ended up re using my screen as it at least works to some extent. Regarding the below comment by ASL, the existing screen fitted in my vehicle is a mkii screen which worked fine until it went dim (well over 12 months of operation) they don’t advertise that their screen won’t suit a retrofitted mkii unit in a mki even though the oem Ford screen does. Nice form to yell at a customer over the phone too. I was pressured to remove this review, I actually logged in to remove it however saw the misleading info below. If you have a retrofitted mkii unit in a mki their product will not work and is not fit for purpose. I was also given completely different stories by 4 different staff members over the course of 3 weeks.

My sound issue is now all sorted thanks to these guys. Ordered an exchange Bose Amp, fast turnaround time from Vic, received the very next day in QLD.

Amazing to deal with! Ashley was a huge help and made everything so much easier than it could have been.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong unit, he sent through a return postage slip straight away and allowed me to send it back free of charge. He was so nice about everything and extremely helpful. They're prices are very low considering what Ford would have charged to fix my audio control module.

Need help getting the radio code for my car, sent them all the details and got a response first thing the next day. Super quick and they got the right code!

Superb service! I was very sceptical when requesting a code for my car radio, but within 2 minutes of my request I received a phone call and after submitting some information I received my code - all within 5 minutes of my email. This was after i phoned Ford Australia for the code and they told me that their site for Panasonic codes crashed 12 months ago and they cannot fix it - we thought we would have to buy a new radio. Thank you!
