I've been to afew Conveyancing companies and I have to say this family run business is the best ive been to. Very reasonable rates and very thorough. Any first time buyers.this would be the best start of insuring a strong contract.

Do not deal with this company they charged me $1800 for a house that fell through because the owner couldnt find the title and then refused to give me an itemised account of how he came to that figure he is very unprofessional and just a rip off I would give no stars if I could very expensive lesson on who not to go to

Horrible service, number of unexplained delays, highly unprofessional attitude.
Do not use them. They promise you the world before signing the engagement and then they simply put you in a 'do not care' list. The communication disappears and they keep delaying simple tasks such as communicating with the parties involved.
STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!
There are many more legit conveyancers out there who will not only walk you through the process but also make sure there is clear communication at any given moment.

Mark is a joy to deal with, made buying my first home, and then an investment property quick and easy!
