Great prices and good choice of shoes. Nice and knowledgeable staff but not enough of them. Quite well stocked for such a busy store.

Had a great customer service today. Needed to exchange a pair of shoes which were a Christmas present for my son. The sales assistant left me feeling she couldn’t have done anything further to help me - she was fantastic.

The gentleman who showed us the shoes knew the product in and out. My father who is flat footed and has wide toes and varicose was very well looked after and the shop floor assistant went out of his way to understand his requirements. The product is definitely good but when the sales person understands his product - then it’s a 100% retention

Good service and the day we went there we great deals for shoes. The guy who serviced us Thomas was excellent with our kids.

I had the best shoe experience ever at ASICS south wharf. I had a girl attend to me whom I wanted to give a shout out to. I wish I could remember her name but for the love of me I can't (she was Mexican) I Remember that much. She gave me a lot of attention, was very paitent, knowledgeable, polite and considerate. She suggested lots of great options in particular to my foot and concerns. Very refreshing will be back for sure to get my next pair of Kayanos. Thank you I wish I could remember your name.

Always have the same shoes at the same prices even months apart. Stock doesn't seem to get rotated.

Really good shoes at really cheap prices you will find the staff there are really helpful and nice and friendly you will always find a bargain

Just want to give a shout out to the South Wharf DFO and James in particular. I've been jogging in Asics shoes for nearly 20 yrs. For the first time an 8 month old pair of Nimbus shoes failed - a tear in the fabric. James was very helpful in facilitating an exchange. As a result I was able to purchase a pair of ASICS new Walkride walking shoes. At age 76 I'm past my jogging use by date! Thanks again James for facilitating the exchange

Plenty of options to choose from. They have pretty awesome designs to choose from in both men and women footwear.

I always make a special trip here to purchase my running shoes. This time it was very short staffed with little or no help. Lucky I am experienced enough to no what I want because I was left to help myself even though I would have liked to discussed some shoe types.
Also some staff weren't doing much while large queues at the register.

After frustrating dealings with the ASICS online store trying to get a return for a faulty pair of shoes I went instore and had a really pleasant experience with the manager & staff of the south wharf dfo location.
