ASICS Factory Outlet Essendon DFO

Worst experience. Never gonna buy asics shoes from them. I went to return my shoes for manufacturing defect in the shoe and they straight away rejected it saying this is wear and tear defect. But they didn't hear from customer. Disappointed

Rather spacious, had a good amount of staff on which was great compared to the other shops around.

Sorry I didn't end up getting anything!

It can be daunting going into a small sports store, when you're not really sure how to compare the trainers. But Monica from this store was honestly wonderful - really helpful, friendly and wasn't 'sales-y'/pushy at all. We went in for a pair of kid's trainers, but after she explained the differences between the trainers that we were interested in, we ended up getting 2 - one for warmer days (more breathable) and one for wet days (less 'mesh'/fabric so more water-resistant). They were both on sale and were seriously great value. Our 7-8yo wears them daily and is really rough with them - it's been around 6 months and they're still in great condition. You can't go wrong with ASICS, especially for growing feet!

Very limited stock and range of garments and don't offer a sale on many products. But their product quality is very good especially their shoes, so if you are quality conscious this place is for you.

Quality of these tenis is quite bad. Paid $150 for some "good running shoes". After 1y or so of low use they are breaking everywhere. Nike sells half the price and last at least twice as long. Won't buy this brand again.

I witnessed Demity from Essendon store talking to staff like rubbish, that made me want to leave the store.

They are way behind the latest shoe I went there to buy gel nimbus 23 they don't have not glideride 2 not even cumulus 23 but still asics is best.

I came in with my Chinese Mum, who wants discount for anything and everything.

This young man "George" was so patient and kind and in his simpliflied English and literally acting, sorted my highly critical mother in less than 5 mins! Mum even said to bring dad here, next time young George is working!

Then I went in on Wed, wanting to get some legging, neither of them fit as I am a bit smaller than an XS,

Before I left, I went to say goodbye to this young man name "Apai" to thank him and "Shadman" for the wonderful work, and young Apai asked if there's anything else I wanted.

I showed him this ugly dirty green shirt I been wearing for days as it is the only shirt I have with thumbholes.

Apai quickly showed me the ASCIS versions of it in BLUE and BLACK, and man! They were half the price of the one I am wearing and FAR FAR comfortable!

I am so grateful for Apai and Shadman's professionalism and I CANNOT wait for lockdown to be over and shop here again!

Prices are great and have shopped there a few times. Service is usually ok, but yesterday it was exceptional. Apai was fantastic! I have some foot issues and he knew exactly what I needed. I walked out of there with the best pair of runners I've ever had. Apai has great knowledge and customer skills. Even my teenage daughter said how nice he was.

Today I had the most pleasant and helpful service choosing 2 pairs Asics, I hope store management realise just how good staff member Angelica is

Love Asics products but shoes are over priced. Sometimes clothing is on sale. Worth a look if you are walking past.

Picked up a really comfy pair of shoes here.
I'm a size 13, I found quite a few pairs of the ones I really liked didn't exceed size 12.
But I was lucky enough to pickup a pair for $90.
ASICS are a really comfy sneaker.

My husband purchased a pair of asics at the Essendon DFO store and was served by Michael who gave excellent customer service and was so knowledgeable with the product and would highly recommend him to my friends.

Excellent service from Michael at the DFO Asics outlet. Very informative and gave genuine advice. Did not try to push me into making any purchase I wasn't comfortable with. Will defiantly go back for my next pair of sneakers.

As a podiatrist Im always a little sceptical at first but was very impressed with the up to date relevant advice they gave to my wife. Thanks manager Aapi.

They are the only sports shoes that I buy the staff in this particular store are always very helpful
