One of the worst travel agent, called them few times, never received communication back.worst customer service.if the service is like this before booking what will happen after booking.
Save ur self from booking holidays from these agent

Terrible service. I paid for a business class ticket and had cancelled it in time and changed to another flight. Then they were meant to refund it. It took two years of constant back and forth and excuses before I received money when I threatened to go to court. Stay away when it comes to booking tickets through them. You might save a bit but when things go wrong it can go wrong very badly.

Too hard to get hold of anyone in the travel agency for rescheduling a ticket. Waiting for 2 months and no response.

I had a chat with Pratheesh from Asia travels. Absolute rubbish discussion I had ever had with a travel agent. I asked him to look for evening or night flights and he said there are no flights available. But there are plenty which I booked with another agent later. Also he was very rude when I told him the flight cost is higher compared to Flight center website. He did not want to listen to me after that and he cut me off even before I said thank you. Very rude. I do not recommend.

TOP CLASS SERVICE FROM INDIA

If i dont write this here it would be very unfair. This is not about Asia Travels - the contact person at Australia doesnt respond, often told me that he would call back but never. But that didnt matter due to the reason below.

Normally when the call gets diverted to a callcentre outside the country, the service is bound to be Bad. However with these guys, the service from their call centre in Kerala is top class. Two Staff from India stand out with my recent experience with the Repatriation flight which left for India.
Firstly want to thank Ms. Sissy for immediate responses and guiding us with correct information. She was very patient and respond on time.

Next person is probably why I wrote this review. That is Arun, who went above and beyond and gave us a very memorably experience. Even though there was a hiccup in the arrangement due to the flight delays, he managed to straighten up every thing and ensured we are at peace of my till my parent reached home. He consoled the passenger, bought her food, took atmost care to the extent ensuring she was not left alone in a place by herself, helped her with the domestic airlines check in as well enquired whether she has reached safely at her home. He ensured to keep me uptodated for the whole time spent at Cochin. In normal situation, this would have been fine. This Scenario involved a 5 hour delayed flight, missing two domestic flights, with a whole journey spanning more than 24 hours. Now you would understand why that service matters for us. Top Class Service

Staffs like Sissy and Arun are BIG ASSETS for any company

Sharing my parents unfortunate travel experience organized by Asia travels with Singapore Airlines repatriation flight on18.09.2020 (Melbourne - Kochi)
Totally disappointed with the way the whole repatriation flight services was organised by Asia travels. No proper communication was given or made when there was a delay for almost 4.30 hours and the elderly parents were left stranded with no food/water when it was promised that it will be taken care of. We had been Informed there will be volunteers to support the elderly passengers during the flight, however there were none to help.
I expected someone from Asia Travels to contact us at least after the flight arrival to explain the whole travel mishap and also there was no response to my email sent on Sunday 19.09.2020 yet. #asiatravels #travelmishap #singaporeairlines

Worst service ever! They never keep up with their word. I got a quote from these guys and was good deal. So, I sent them the details to in email to confirm my booking. As they did not acknowledge my email I gave them a call the next day and they confirmed receipt of my email but told me only 2 tickets will receive the offer price. I was a bit annoyed but agreed. But didn't receive it in 2 days and so called them again and was told they would give me a call back as soon as they get a cheap deal. They didn't respond for nearly 2 weeks. I called them again and was told I won't get any tickets on the price offered and sent me an itinerary which would cost me $200 more per ticket. I will never use their service again and suggest others don't.
