I had the worst experience with all the written promises and refunds processed by the team and never received them on time and all the lies they have spoken. So, only go to them if you have time to chase them every few days and ask for a refund even after due dates and can go through all the stress and hassle during this difficult time. My TR process and professional year enrollment started in September 2020 and in next 6 months not a single refund including TR Application fees, Referral amount, BUPA OVHC 1 month free scheme and Professional Year cashback was successfully received on time every time i called them or text the agent for follow up before due date but still not a single refund was processed on time and was even delayed up to 2 weeks or more.

Excellent service. They are professional and efficient, always there to assist you with any enquiry without forgetting courtesy and kindness. Thank you to Anju Mam for her help and assistance.
