We adore this store! It's jam packed with produce from across Asia and they have every odd or obscure ingredient my "wok cooking" cookbook requires.

The customer service staff are nice enough, and the process of paying was smooth.

Great place for all your Asian ingredients. The staff is very helpful and I would highly recommend it.

A range of fresh spices and vegetables, very helpful staff who assist with cooking tips and storage of products.

This is a hidden gem of a shop.

Great choice and selection of specialist Asian ingredients, everything from your spices and sauces to gyoza wrappers and miso. They are also my first stop for mushrooms (shitake, enoki and oyster), and Asian veg like bak choi and green papaya (excellent for fresh salads).

I've recently moved to Sunbury and was initially travelling to South Melbourne Market to get a lot of these ingredients, without realising they are on my doorstep.

The staff are also really helpful and friendly.

Great Asian grocer in Sunbury. They offer a very good selection of hard to find authentic Asian items including sauces, noodles, frozen wontons & dumplings, tofu and fresh veggies and greens. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and remember what we buy, which allows them to offer recommendations when we shop there.

I walked in the store to not even be acknowledged by the lady at the cashier. I walked around the store for about 5 minutes, without her asking if I needed any help and still without a simple greeting. I ended up asking for help from the lady at the counter, (I asked her name and she said Sue) and asked if they had more stock of what I was looking for as the box on the shelf was empty. She didn’t even hesitate and straight away reply no. I then asked if there was anything similar to again she quickly replied no. To my disbelief of shocking customer service I told her I was going to look around the store to make sure, attempting to hint for help. She continued to stay behind the desk as I watched another customer come in asking for something. She again did leave to assist the customer. I confronted her about her poor customer service hoping for her own improvement in the future, to which she got defensive and said that they didn’t have stock of what I was looking for. I told her that it was besides the point, and how she didn’t even greet me, ask or attempt to help. Her reply was that she usually says hello to all her customers? Actually shocked and disappointed because other than my negative experience, the store looked like it had a great variety. However, unfortunately I will never come into store again and would rather drive 20+ minutes to another Asian grocery where they actually know basic customer service skills.

Great asian grocery stocked with a wide range of products and reasonably priced. The staff are great, friendly, and experienced. I love visiting this shop. Highly recommended!

A great store with friendly helpful staff. Huge variety of many types of ingredients for Asian cuisine.

Huge choice of Asian products. Lots of Filipino goodies too to keep them happy. Hiding underneath Nandos in the bottom shopping area.

Excellent asian grocery with good selection of products including fresh veges. Helpful service and advice always available.

Great little store, the variety gets bigger Everytime I go in. I have found the prices to be pretty good and can compare to larger Asian groceries stores in the cbd.

Recently they have started stocking Asian alcohol including a variety of sake.

The staff are friendly and have been super helpful on each visit.
