Ashby Street Medical Centre

From the admin team, to nurses and all the doctors everyone is amazing, considerate and more than willing to accommodate all patients to provide them care, even if it takes some shuffling around. You don’t find that willingness to help easily these days. We really appreciate our small town clinic.

I have been using Ashby for a couple of years now. The staff and doctors are wonderful. Highly recommend!

Great experience.wonderful friendly staff from the reception all the way to the medical team.

Being a first time patient I found the reception staff very friendly & helpful, I only had to wait 5 minutes to see the doctor. Dr Mirna Mostokly was so nice. Would highly recommend this clinic.

Great front counter staff and the Nurse on duty was most competent today, as were they about 6 months ago when I was last there.

Friendly staff, Dr was very thorough and informative. It's great to be able to attend a Drs appointment on a weekend

Dr. Khan saw me quickly, listened to me closely and refered me to the appropriate services while explaining the process to me clearly.

Not sure why we had to see the doctor prior to flu shot he only took our temp the practice nurse could of done that wasted time

I have switched from my old clinic to Ashby st now after the great experiences I’ve had there.
I really like Dr Demetry, for someone with social anxiety/gets socially awkward he made it super easy to talk about my issues and made me feel very comfortable.
I highly recommend him as a doctor and this clinic to everyone!

This is a great clinic if you need an appointment quickly. Unfortunately my last appointment for my son was just get in get out. We asked for a referral for tonsil surgery and were told to call back when he's well? I don't get it

Excellent Service, from the staff and Doctors, my doctor, Dr Demetry is the most caring Doctor I have ever that I have ever met during my career in the medical industry, since coming to Australia.
He, in my mind is a caring, professional, gentleman that treats you as a friend who as assisted myself in management of my medical condition, and always shows compassion, kindness and can always give me the best advise, as a Professional and a friend.
Like wise the staff in the practice are also very Professional which I believe is due to his leadership in the practice.
Would recommend Ashby Medical Centre to anybody that looking for a Medical Centre.

Amazing service, caring Doctors. So wonderful that bulk-billing is available to everyone not just concession card holders. I also love that they're open every day.

My partner attended an appointment there yesterday. Waited over 45 minutes for the doctor, who was just sitting in their office with no clients. Doctor was of no help with simple medical issue.
Not first time been dissatisfied with wait times or lack of care and knowledge. Even struggle to follow detailed hospital notes and directions.
