Ashburton IGA reviews
15For a small supermarket in the area, they have pretty much everything that you need. Friendly staff members and clean ️
Close to where I live, adequate for what I need, assistance from staff should I need it, as sometimes products too high on upper shelves to be reached and I'm not super short, just average.
Staff are friendly, the store is great for convenience but its also very compact and doesn't have nearly as much variety in comparison to others.
For such a small supermarket they squeeze a lot in here. Good selection of cheese and wine. Not a lot of fruit and vegetables but still a pretty decent range of other goods.
DO NOT order from here via Ubereats. I placed my order only because they had a 'spend $20 get $10 off' deal. They cancelled two items which reset the discount when they could have called to ask about a replacement. The missing items rendered the other items for cooking useless. Then they still managed to get one of the few items they sent at all, wrong. Incompetent, dishonest and appalling business.
Don't bother with this so called supermarket. Only have the basics and worst, they seem to have a superiority complex over their customers.
I called to ask about home deliveries under covid. A man hung up on me. For a 'community focused store, that is poor service.
Great for a small grocery shops and some products which you can not get elsewhere locally like Tapatio hot sauce!
Silly customer in town for the united nations and they have no control at your house or your homework and the rest are the ones you want any of you can do with your own life
Friendly staff and despite being a small store, it always has a wide range of groceries. I like being able to use my senior card for a discount.
Friendly service with a good array of products. Prices are fair, given the competition they face.
Nice, clean and tidy IGA. The staff are always friendly and quick. Obviously not as cheap as the nearby woolies but is convenient
Not your Nanna's IGA and priced like the Eastern suburbs but still a boatload better than colesworth.
Overpriced and limited range, but convenient. Coles express is cheaper for milk and nqr for eggs
Some good locally sourced products, unfortunately the prices are a little high but if you can it's always good to support our Aussie businesses.
