Was crossing Australia from Sydney to Perth and faced a minor problem. Not only it was fixed in no time but I didn't pay labour and they offered me tools.

Helped us big time. We are travelling and one of our bikes ended up with no brakes, even though they were flat out they were able to squeeze us in and fix brake cable and adjustments. Thank you so much for doing this so we can still ride as a family enjoying our holiday.
