I consulted multiple locksmiths for different solutions for our front door and external gates. Chris responded quickly and also came up with various solutions that others had not recommended. He took particular care to measure properly to suggest only viable options. I chose Chris and was not disappointed. Chris goes above and beyond, gives great advice and is very responsive. We called to have a broken key removed from our sliding door which he fixed quickly. He then suggested a simple low cost change to the lock, which we had Installed. I wish we had that done years ago! We then asked for a solution to our front door and had the Yale keyless digital deadlatch installed. A game changer. The whole family loves it!
