Ascot Vale Garden Centre / Fountains Galore

They have a vast variety of fountains and statues to suit any garden or outdoor area which l haven't come across elsewhere. Very friendly, understanding and helpful staff to guide you in exactly whatever you need and very affordable.

I purchased a fountain from Fountains Galore, was perfect for the position we allocated for it. Looks fantastic and was easy to install. Priced reasonably as well. Very happy customer.

I was amazed at such beautiful array of statues and pots. I bought few pieces and will be back, as they're closing down. Most of their items are at 50%! Happy days. ️

Recently bought an Infinity fountain from AVGC.
Was easy to place the order over phone. Staff were amazing and knowledgable.
Answered all my questions without hesitation.
Delivery was prompt. Shipping was safe without any damages. Delivered to my house more than 1000km away.
Even the courier driver called and updated me the delivery status.

Product is bit heavy. Needed to rent an oversized trolley and 3 people to move from my driveway and install.

This place is amazing I went to pick up my sister in law Korean fire pit and the staff here were so friendly. Even when communicating with them via email and phone they were on top of things. Quick response. Can’t wait to use the fire pit. And thank you again. This is your one garden place to get all your goodies before Xmas. We will be back for sure. Highly recommend this place in Melbourne. I give it a 10/10 for price and service

Placed order of stocked items in warehouse.
But, when went to pick up there is nil stock.
Looks dodgy

Reasonable range and fair prices but hard to navigate and the thing we actually went to see was inaccessible.

OMG! So happy to have found this place so close. The staff are amazing and very knowledgeable. Even asked if they were working on commission, but no they just work hard and are amazing friendly.

Found a picture of a beautiful tiered fountain with horses at the base.
Tino ordered from manufacturer and l now have my beautiful fountain.

The people at Ascot Vale Garden Centre were extremely helpful in my purchase of the new eclipse (medium) it was out of stock in Australia and the placed an order for me. It arrived when they said it would, and were very helpful in loading the trailer.

Looked for ages to find the right birdbath for our small backyard. We found this place online and drove over from Richmond. We were not disappointed, they had exactly what we wanted. Most other places just had the same standard baths. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, can’t wait to go back

It was a great day out visiting the Ascot Vale Garden Centre.
My wife and I were greeted by Valentino with a warm smile and happy friendly conversation. Our search started with seeking out a Soldier statue. After looking at everything, i mean everything we picked and then decided that we needed a water fountain as well.

The varirty of statues, water features, indoor pots, bird baths, urns and pedestals was amazing.

It was really nice to shop in a friendly environment and atmosphere with Valentino and his brother.

Thank you both for your excellent service as I'm sure we will be returning again soon.

What a wonderful place this is!
Staff are super friendly and helpful.actually going out of its way to assist you.
I wanted this particular statue, and it was out of stock, and this lovely lady that was assisting me, asked one of the people in the office to try and get me the product that I wanted; and they were so accommodating and made sure that I would get the product delivered as fast as they could arrange it, since I was limited with time and needed it as soon as possible.
The range of outdoor garden products are wide and varied, and of very good quality, and service is so good as mentioned, so I would highly recommend this place!

My wife was keen to find a water feature and searched on the net. Luckily, we didn't need to travel far from home and came by here.
A great selection of water features are available at competitive prices. They also stock water plants and products and advice in maintaining your new item for your garden.
