I ordered the 2000 LT S-Line Slimline Water (colour monument) Tank on 12/May and Brian delivered it on 17/May. The tank + pump + accessories were in great quality. Already installed.

Very poor communication. Unreasonable and a terrible business to deal with. Calling consumer affairs to get my full refund. Refund due to being told the order will not be available for 9 weeks or more almost 3 weeks after ordering. Then stating they will be taking an ‘admin fee’. Beware. Money hungry

I had no knowledge of water pumps at all but was tasked with finding a replacement urgently for family who were flooded. The family had no time as busy dealing with the cleanup. Everyone at ASC were patient, helpful, informative, and very kind. Small details like sending tracking info to my family as well as me (the buyer) was thoughtful. Called about 5 different suppliers and these people stood out at every instance. When the first preference wasn’t available due to supply issues (not their doing) they upgraded for us at no extra cost due to the urgency and circumstances. The level of kindness and empathy from a business was refreshing. Thank you to Garth, and the team.

The staff know their products and have everything in stock. Whether you're after a water tank or water pump, they have the largest range of products in Australia and at the best prices. Great working display of pumps in the new office as well. Highly recommend them.

Great support from this company, really know their stuff which is helpful when you make a mistake. Their own ASC pumps are also really high quality and very quiet. I can't comment on durability but from first impressions it looks like a very quality product. It was also much heavier and had less plastic parts externally then my old davey pump. Would definetly buy from again, thanks from QLD.

The pump I bought from ASC wouldn't maintain pressure, even when isolated from the house and tank. After a long consult with the MD on the web chat, he put me on to the supplier who provided a replacement with no question. Great service.

You always expect things to go well when shopping with any business, however mistakes and issues can pop up. My dealings with an order fr ASC did not go 100% to plan round 1, these things happen, we are all human. However, the exceptional resolve from Garth and the team to make things right for me due to a delivery issue I can not fault in anyway. Getting things right the first time is always the preference, when reviewing, I find you can tell a lot about how much a business really cares about their customers by how much effort is put in when things go wrong. And for that, 10 Stars if they were available. (Note to anyone reading this, my issue was a supplier issue out of ASCs hands but they have owned it and sorted it out when they very well could have left me to deal with the manufacture like so many other business) very happy

Recently had an issue with my water pump. Unfortunately the part that was broken was not covered by the warranty. I contacted Garth and his team from ASC water tanks to assist me. The service and professional businesses mannerism from Garth was outstanding. I have no issues recommending this company to purchase products. Nice to see old fashion service is still alive. I bought 2 water pumps and one of them had issues. I called the Plumber who installed but did not call me back. Called the shop and spoke to Garth and he was extremely helpful and advise me over the phone to adjust the pressure valve. It was nothing wrong with the pump and just needed an adjustment. Great after sakes service with wanting to help attitude.

I was looking to replace my old Onga 443 Jetpump which has been in service for over 20+yrs pumping up from a 7m bore, being used on my lawns and roses/veggie garden. Looking around on the internet and contacting lots of companies regarding my irrigation usage, I was impressed how quickly ASC replied each time to my questions and offered me a few different choices and price ranges. Delivery from Melbourne to Adelaide was very quick, I had no trouble with the installation and setup was a perfect changeover. The pump we chose, DAB JETCOM132NXTP Pro, has ample pressure and flow rate to enable me to run multiple circuits at once. Would defiantly recommend ASC Tanks to anyone looking for a new pump.

ASC offered me the product I needed and were really helpful with after sales advice. My pressure pump and pressure vessel is now operating better than I new was possible! Thanks for your good advice Garth.

Price OK to market, after I made the online purchase failed to respond to 2 phone calls after saying they would ring back.my inquiry was when it would be available for pick up, they responded to my third call a week after the initial purchase and said pickup midday thursday.attended their premises 2 pm that day to be told the tank was not there and I would have to drive to the premises of the actual manufacturer, different suburb, if I wanted my tank.this business is not a 5 star business.

Just bought a pump and the ASC crew were super helpful and prepared to price match.
We bought 3 water tanks several years ago and they were super helpful and delivery was on time and they have been going strong ever since. Highly recommend them for great quality, service and price.
