I had a job interview with this company, and I left feeling completely disgusted by the way that I was treated.

I was belittled and mocked about my education and career history, asked illegal questions about my age and ethnicity, and asked inappropriate questions about whether I was receiving welfare and how I would handle “being screamed at”. The interview also started 10 minutes late and the owner was texting on his phone during the interview.

The conduct of this interview left me with a very negative impression of this company, particularly, their culture, ethics and business practices (e.g. Authoritarian leadership, verbally abusive, unorganised, poor time management and poor customer service).

I would highly recommend finding a different company for your building surveying needs, because if they’re willing to treat a prospective employee with such disrespect, then they will surely treat you, a paying client, in a similar way.
