AS Colour Fitzroy Store

Walked into the store and absolutely shocked at the two sales assistants that were completely dismissive who did not even bother to look up from the screen or attempt to try at customer service.

Just had the most disgusting experience at AS Colour Fitzroy Store. I love this brand and what they stand for and we have bulk ordered their tshirts many times for work but the staff in there today were horrendous.

They completely ignored me for the whole 40 minutes I was in the store, despite the fact there was no one else in the store when I arrived and only one other person came in while I was there. Never asked me once if I needed help finding anything though I was clearly looking for multiple items. Maybe some people aren’t cut out for customer service, I can forgive that but then when I went to purchase 5 items one guy was incredible rude when I asked about other sizes, flailing his hands at me and the other had a go at me for having clothes on the floor in the change room.

Things wouldn’t have fallen on the floor in the change room if someone had offered to hold some items or take back anything that didn’t fit. So torn, love to support this brand but can’t justify it with such arrogant staff making customers feel unwelcome.

Really welcoming, professional experience every single time whether exploring or on a mission to buy.

I'm very lucky to have such a great clothing store within walking distance from home, highly recommended.

Super friendly staff and great place to shop for basics.did a huge summer shop recently and for some reason the pants were discoloured from my wash.i was super stressed since i haven't even worn them yet, but thankfully the staff from fitzroy were more than happy to exchange them for me.shoutout to sam and also the guy with the dark curly hair who helped me with my purchase <3

Well priced store with chill staff who were very helpful. I really appreciated the way the store was set out with all the stock in size order and colour, making it very easy to find exactly what I was after - this is the shopping experience I was looking for. Ended up buying 5 tops!

Thank you to the staff for helping me out. I'm hopeless when clothes shopping. But I like AS colour, with knowing exactly what my sizes are and the staff are always helpful.

Brilliantly good value basics. Heaven for someone who hates shopping. Love the active efforts to avoid single-use plastic.

Perfect if you want clothes without huge logos. Quality is nice, I have pieces that have lasted me years in good condition.

Appalling management.
I've spent over $600 there in the last year and a half.
When shops reopened, I needed to return two pairs of pants that I was unable to return during the lockdown. Clothes in mint condition and never taken out of the bag.
Noone was interested in hearing the details or taking my personal situation into account. Staff very robotic, dismissive and unable to empathize.
Each staff had a different reason, which was confusing and gave the impression that noone seemed to know what they were talking about.
I was told the operations manager would call me and then this never happened. Next I was told to write an email outlining my situation to the operations manager. I would have spent 2 hours on that, but then another staff member said they were never going to say yes anyway.
Disgusting and impersonal way of treating loyal customers, post lockdown and pandemic. The whole experience leaving me feeling unheard and frustrated, with still no contact or resolution.

The staff were incredibly helpful in helping me get what I need, and even let me use their staff room to feed.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice range of basic and simple-style clothes, from tees to pants in all the colours you like. You can feel that the quality of the cotton is higher! All the garments are marked as "child labor free", which is a plus. The price is very good too. Highly recommended if you're looking for basic clothes.

You go in there and think I'll just get that plain tee shirt I need. Forget about it. Get a hoody, a crew and three tees for $120. Wait that jackets nice, jacket another hoody and 3 tees for your partner later you go home and enjoy it all.
