Super helpful and attentive. Both staff members were easy going and personable. Great basics!

Horrible service have be in few time team members just lean on counter top no acknowledgement from either team member they happy to continue their conversation about the night out then even say hello. Found the in store experience lacking in more way then I can list. Not sure who is recruiting for this store but they need to rethink their choices.

Greatest store in chapel street, The customer service from the bloke Marley and The lady Moesha was terrific, they helped me alot with sizing. More people in the retail industry need to be like this.

Had a brilliant online experience with AS Colour - their CS team are very responsive and understanding with exchanges, especially throughout the last 18 months when store contact has been restricted.

Make sure you're confident in your purchase, because they don't offer refunds, even the following day with all the tags in place. They say this is a common policy but i have literally never encountered it before outside of a flea market. I would not have bought from there if i didn't think i had that safety-net to re-evaluate after trying it on again at home. They point to it being written in the small print on your receipt, but by that point you've already bought it!

Absolutely disgusting service. Clothing quality great. Don't bother going into the store though. The tall male with brown hair is a rude and disrespectful person!

Terrible service. Call ahead to see if they had my size. Arrived nothing has been held. Turned and asked to guy behind the counter if he has any more to which he abruptly said they are all gone with a spur face. He did not advise when more would be coming in and just really seemed like he didn't want to be there.

Great range of high quality, low-cost T-shirts in a good range of cuts and colors. But service lacking a little (you’ll have to scavenge through the racks yourself to find your own sizes).

Great conversation with the dudes working here. They had limited sizes but I think that was largely due to them being cleaned out on boxing day. As Colour make great Australian designed basics that fit great! They have a huge range of warmer wear even when it's summer time which is handy if your travelling to colder parts of the world soon.

Have shopped here for a while now and all I can say is the Manager Joel is a top lad and looks after you very well. Goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you came in for.
