Mr Masoud Valipour performed a very thorough inspection and was very clear as to the minor issues the property had. He answered all questions asked by us and gave us an in depth explanation as to why the issues occurred and how to cost efficiently fix them. He prepared the report promptly within two days, which was very impressive. The report is very helpful in attaining the results we wanted in regards to the minor repairs our apartment needed. We are greatly appreciative of his attention to detail and unbiased opinions and recommendations. Thank you for your complete and professional service.

Our experience in dealing with ARX has been extremely poor. They are unprofessional, unreliable, rude and refuse to rectify their own design issues. Not recommened.

Avoid at all costs. Without doubt the worst professional service I have ever experienced. ARX are extremely slow, unprofessional and provided documentation not fit for purpose. Once you engage them and list them as engineers on a project, they will start to charge you additional money to fix their mistakes. They will claim to try and assist you, but will not do any actual work, properly answer any questions or even take a meeting to discuss the concerns. This all culminated in me agreeing to yet another set of additional fees (that I was independently advised were over double what should be expected) just to keep the project moving provided I could also verify that the final work product would finally address all problems with an independent expert before paying, only to have the director call me shouting and swearing before hanging up, claiming that asking for a timeline and asking for independent accountability is “harassment”. Seems they do not like to do work where there is the chance someone will hold them accountable.

Also, it seems some if not all of the five-reviews are either employees or friends/family of ARX.

No ethics, no accountability. Do yourself a favour and steer clear!

I have a had a positive experience with the ARX team, they were able to provide me what I was wanting in a timely manner and also being reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again for any future projects.

Very unprofessional, hard to get a hold of and never returned phone calls, emails, text messages. Still waiting 3 weeks to get amendment done. Always making excuses why it’s taking so long!

I got a second opinion, saved and wound up with a pool as well! I love my reno, thanks again team home and keep up the amazing work. Highly recommend.

Very unprofessional and many mistakes made, they had the sewerage plan, it was marked on their engineering plans but they failed to get bored piers on plan as well as many other mistakes made which costing us too much money. Made a phone call and I was told someone will call back, it's been 3 weeks I haven't heard from them, never again to be used

ARX has done many structural drawings for us including our clients. They provide a vast scope of engineering services and are quiet understanding of compliance requirements while maintaining cost effective solutions.

I would have given them -5 stars

Do not use these guys do to your structural engineering designs. I had my house designed with these guys, not only they made me wait for six weeks to do a simple design but the design was expensive to build.
I have asked them to redesign (with extra fees) to save on construction costs, but failed to follow and understand my requirements.

They don't have any accountability towards their work.

Take my advice.do not use these guys.
