Aruba Espresso Cafe

Have arrived at the airport and noticed half my order has been left out. The girl couldn't understand a word of what I was saying so it doesn't surprise me. Bloody useless.

Happend few months before. Idk why I'm writing this now, but I suddenly remebering it now and I cant let it go. To the nice, young brunette lady who always smile while making my coffee every morning, you have fantastic customer service. To the blonde that don't appreciate my money and think physical money is gross and even tried not to accept it, I bet you're one of those people who also have cash in their wallet. Money is money. I have now switched to Sandrock Cafe. I usually get my coffee from Aruba but why blondie got to be so rude at 6am. Haven't gone back and will never be back.

Even though they’re in a children hospital where parents are running short on time it is hard for them to get things out on time or correctly.

Coffee wasn’t even warm enough to walk off with had to drink it straight away the guy was nice with nail polish the girl making the coffees wasn’t as such she kept talking to a regular while a lady that ordered after me was still standing there and was forgotten about and was given her food last after 4 other customers after her had ordered been served and left before her the girl making the coffees didn’t even bother to acknowledge her even though she stood there waiting patiently but nodding her head constantly I felt like asking her if she was ok

Rude service and for expensive prices would expect greater service from everyone

The coffee is absolutely horrible! The barista with black nail polish. I'm sorry he can not make coffee.

I won't be back
Also gnochi last week (pesto) I couldn't even stomach it.

Such a shame bad experience

Had a great cappuccino and latte, plus toasted vege wrap to takeaway. Recommend to anyone at RCH who enjoys a coffee or a snack.

Worst service young blonde hair girl rude didn’t want to serve or greet me, greeted lady that came way after me. The pasta well that’s made me extremely sick so not happy.

Some good coffee and lunchtimes are had here, they kept the kookaburra (cancer) ward parents sane during the great corona incident of 2021 too, love them heaps

Food was really good, quite a few variety of food to accomodation people with different taste. Over all bit expensive due to the location but priced reasonably compared to other shops in royal children. Very friendly staff though.

Sunday 28/12 very slow customer service, staff were serving people whatever they feel like. It should be first in first out.
Management should give them bit more training

My daughter is a regular at Rch so I've been coming to this cafe alot over the years and I love it, the food is always fresh and appealing looking. All the hot dishes I have tried have been awesome but the 1 thing I keep coming back to is their chicken and avocado focaccias they are so good.

Coffee is not bad. Tried most of their hot food menu, their pasta in cream is too thick and filling. Other food are ok

Staff are usually well mannered and pleasant. There is a great selection of hot cuisines (pasta, sausage rolls, Sheppard's Pie, etc.), prepared salads, rolls and a range of baked goods including cakes, slices and muffins. Coffee can be a bit hit and miss. Great value at the end of the evening near closing time when all hot food is reduced in price for quick sale.
