I highly recommend Sara at Arts Therapy Studio. Wonderful work with children and adults that makes for real positive change.

I have 2 children - aged 7 and 12 - attending sessions with Sara and the progress they are making in healing from trauma has been mind blowing. My daughter started with panic attacks and now is comfortable in all social settings again. My son is a little slower to change, but you can see small consistent improvements each time. We will always be forever thankful for the amazing work Sara does!
