I won a pet family portrait via Facebook and when we went to Geelong outlet the 2 lovely ladies who we spoke to were absolutely fantastic! The lovely lady who did our photo choosing via zoom omg! So so lovely, the pictures we purchased are just astounding, thank you so so much!

I recently had a portrait done with my partner and dog. The staff were all very friendly and made the entire experience very comfortable. The consultation appointment online after the shoot was great, we were able to look at all the photos and were given great options and guidance while picking our portrait. I couldn't be happier with our photo and they have truly turned our family into a work of art.

The photographer Amanda worked incredibly with my reactive dog & we ended up selecting some beautiful photos with Rebecca.

It was a wonderful experience and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail exceeded all our expectations.

Photographer Amanda knew all the tricks to engage our very stubborn blue heeler and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

The ordering appointment was also a lot of fun – Rebecca listened to our ideas and preferences, ensuring that the final products were exactly what we had envisioned.

We recently had our family photos done with our fur babies. The photographer on the day was Amanda and she was great with our 3 dogs. She was so patient and understanding and very calm with all the chaos on the day but in the end delivered amazing photos, which we couldn’t be happier with. Our zoom meeting with Rebecca the Art Director went great. She was very helpful with helping us make our final decision in choosing the photos that suited our lifestyle and needs. We highly recommend this photography studio for all your portrait needs, so if you looking for a photographer, look no further.

We ‘won’ a competition on Facebook and were so excited to redeem the prize, which entitled us to a free photo shoot and print in their Geelong studio.

The photoshoot was enjoyable, however our photo appointment was where things turned very negative.

We were pressured into making a decision on the spot, even after we said multiple times ‘we didn’t anticipate the prices to be so expensive and couldn’t make a decision without discussing privately’ we were told we needed to decide on the day or we would lose our photos.

We were emotionally manipulated, with the lady using persuasive language to try and convince us. She kept saying things like ‘I have authority to pick one family to gift something additional to, but I’m not meant to, so please don’t tell anyone‘.

Don’t be fooled by ‘winning’ a competition, unfortunately it’s too good to be true.

The sale tactics are horrible and I cannot recommend this studio if you’re after an enjoyable experience.

We had a great experience with Darren who took our photos for us and made sure we captured every moment he could. Then our appointment to finalise our pictures, Rebecca worked with us to ensure we had memories to last forever while sticking to our budget. Great experience.

Amazing staff, our photographer Darren was totally amazing best quality photos everyone loves the photo of our furbaby. The art director made choosing the print so easy. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

What a great experience. Our photographer made us feel at ease and was great with the pets. Having a cat and dog sit still together is by no means an easy task.
A variety of different photos were captured with different backgrounds so when it came time to order we had plenty of options to work with. Very happy with the two portraits we have ordered. The finish is just beautiful.

We had a great experience for our family pet portrait, the process from photos to selection was really smooth, even with a very easily distracted pooch with us, and we are so happy with our finalized portrait! The team are so friendly, professional and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I won the instagram competition for a family pet photo shoot. Upon trying to claim this I was told they wouldn't be able to take photos of a reactive dog and revoked my prize.
I find this completely unfair as it was never mentioned in their Ts&Cs in their competition or in the email. I even offered to put him in a muzzle as he comes everywhere with me and shouldn't be excluded.
All dogs should be equal and a separate waiting area could have been offered if they felt uncomfortable. This does not sound like a place where people should be getting dog photos as they are not understanding/accommodating at all

We had a lovely experience at the shiny new studio in South Melbourne. Parking was easy, and the studio was well signposted.
All of the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The shoot went well, except for my uncooperative 2YO, however all of the tricks were tried to make him smile, and we got enough nice photos to make the the final selection hard.
Our portraits were delivered today and I'm thrilled with the quality and they will have pride of place on our photo wall. The turn around from sitting to selection to delivery was quick. It was a great experience. Thank you!

An absolutely amazing experience. Our photographer Lisa, was fantastic and had us all totally relaxed which showed in the beautiful photos she took during our session. The zoom call with the art director to view our photos was great and nothing was too much trouble as she stepped us through each photo and spent the time to discuss each one so that when we made our final decision we definitely didn't feel rushed and we were totally happy with the final choices. Bruce, my english staffy, and I won a sitting and portrait session in the Balliang St studio. And what a great experience it was. Relaxed and very friendly, offered plenty of breaks in between setting changes, such a cheerful time for us both. Now just to choose which is a favourite! Thankyou ladies.
Update: selected portraits, and was given a date for them to be delivered, but now have had an extra two (?) weeks added to delivery date. Possibly arriving in April now. It's a very long wait.

I had a studio sitting with my sometimes obedient, little bit confused and always curious German Shepherd. Amanda was patient and creative in capturing her personality. The proofs look amazing - it was so hard to pick a favourite! I cant wait to see the final product! Thank you to the whole team for making it such an enjoyable experience.

We had a wonderful experience with the team who made us and our puppy comfortable and capture a lot of great shots. Amanda was very easy going and giving guidance in what works. The team were fantastic with communication and an eagerness to work with us as clients. Happily will use their services again and can’t wait to pick our photographs.

Thanks so much to Amanda and Rebecca and the team! We just loved the relaxed atmosphere during the session and Amanda was so wonderful with our daughter who wouldn't usually smile for the camera. Rebecca run us through the selection with such detail and patience while we went back and forth on the shortlist. The whole experience wasn't rushed, but not dragged as well; especially important with a baby in tow. And never felt like we were pushed into anything we weren't comfortable with. Really can't wait for the final prints!
