The bread here is divine. I had some questions about the ingredients and process and the staff were lovely with their interaction and were very informative.

All I can say is yum. Their bread tastes like what bread should taste. Croissant delicious. We are lucky to have this shop in our neighbourhood.

I have had more than 10 different items from here and not a single one has been less than amazing.

For me though, the croissant stands out above all. Flaky, light and airy with a pleasant, rich butteriness throughout. There is not a single thing I would change about these croissants. Just impeccable.

It's a simple bakery but very disappointed by the beef pie, the filling of which was pale, cold, and got flyes.couldn't eat it.

Despite living north side, this place was well worth a visit and has been sitting on the “must go to“ list for a couple of months now.

The chicken pie is one of the best I’ve had; simple, but flavoursome chicken and vegetable filling without an overly heavy sauce. The pastry is on the softer side, rather than being a thicker crunch, but I love that in a pie. Obviously had to try one of the cinnamon rolls which had crystallised, crunchy sugar on the bottom. Crispy flaky pastry and overall left a delicious after taste in the mouth that made me wish I had a second one. We grabbed a couple of the small rolls to have with deli meats for dinner and can’t wait to eat them. They look as good as Wood Frog’s.

The coffee could probably be a touch stronger, I was still pretty good, nonetheless.

Garlic croissant is a revelation! Have not had a disappointment here except that they are not open Monday and Tuesday! But then my waistline would suffer…. Lol

Just amazing! Don't waste your time going to lune come to this place and enjoy! Reasonable prices and excellent quality.

CHOCOLATE CROISSANT!
I’ve just had one of the most sublime encounters with a pastry this morning, the crust, almond paste with slight hit of flavour after the fact, dollop of chocolate and sugar dusting- everything about this pastry was perfection! I savoured every mouthful during my car ride, it definitely took me to another place in time!

If this is French Pastry, it is definitely memorable & exquisitely trialled to a high standard of baking. MAGNIFIQUE’!

This baker has made all previous bakers I used to frequent feel sub par. Everything I have eaten here is just amazing. Try everything at least once. Drive from the tiger side of town if you have to. Just try it.

Everything is amazing! Croissants, cinnamon scrolls, quiche’s… and the coffee is fantastic too.

Chocolate almond croissant - buy it, enjoy it, be sad that you'll never get to eat it for the first time again

Cream Brioche was not my favourite but pecan danish was nice, Cinnamon scroll also pretty good.

It is one of the best bakery I guess.we went to the one in Bentleigh, it was great, some outdoor area for sitting, baking process is happening inside. Professionally trained staff assisted us well. Pastries are great but I didn't really like loaf - just my preference.

It was worth the drive! I wanted to try their croissants but they were located too far from my place. I was determined to travel for them and they gave me the best croissants I have tried so far in Melb. They were crispy, flaky and soft. You can’t stop yourself from having just one!

The staff could be rude, the coffee could be burnt and the venue awful (none of this is true) and I would still give Artisanal Bakehouse 5 stars for their Cinnamon Scrolls alone!

I wish I could give 10 stars. Staff are wonderful and everything else on the menu is absolutely delicious!

Saw the queue for here and knew it had to be amazing! The most delicious pastries. Everything was baked to perfection. Our favourites were the apple turnover and chocolate almond croissant. Staff were very knowledgeable and great quick service. Will be back to try more!

Had the cinnamon roll and garlic croissant, and it was great! Could not help myself to get almond croissant as well.

Our local yet most popular place to grab delicious and artisanal bakery items.my son is perhaps the most regular person here with twice or thrice a week trips. Highly recommend the Chicken Pie, Delectable Chocolate Cookies and melt in the mouth buttery Croissant! I have to start taking pics as most times everything is eaten as soon we get our hands on.

Great little French bakehouse, lots of pastries sweet and savoury, and coffee and sourdough, spelt bread, olive bread, rye, fruit loaf and multi grain also pies baguettes. Well prices and extremely easy to go overboard, well worth the visit, does get busy.

Love love love the almond croissants! There is a reason there is a line outside the store. I wish the staff served a little faster but as I said the almond croissants are delicious!
