I took a pair of Doc Martens for repair, they were almost too far gone but Arthur was able to give them more life. He was fantastic at communication and did a great job on the boots. Thank you Arthur!

Fixed my boots within a few hours! Great attention to detail!

Rude and lazy. Showed him the front of my shoes that just had to be glued back, which you would think is not impossible to fix. Answer received was a basic “no”. I had to encourage him to say an actual sentence - unbelievable. Was 100% not interested to take on more work - maybe because it was a Friday night? I went to Arcade Shoe Repairs around the corner, and the guy there said “no problem” and even took the time to explain how they do it. Would give Arthur’s negative rating if possible

Best shoe repairer I've come across. Arthur is always happy to help out and gives honest advice about whether or not it is something he can fix. Chargers bare minimum for the fantastic work that he does. Even the shoe stores on Burke Road choose him to fix their shoes! 10/10 recommend!
