Excellent dance school! Dance instructors are super experienced and professional, love the great energy and vibes in the studio ️️️

We had a wonderful time learning a range of dances. It was friendly, flexible and lots of fun. We would highly recommend the studio and it felt like family by the end of our time here. We will definitely be back and would like to thank our beautiful and talented teacher Ilona x

My wife and I wanted to do something special for our wedding night, so we decided that a special dance would suit us perfectly.

We both were quite nervous as the only dance experience we had was the waltz (kind of).

We decided to have a look at a few different local options and as soon as we walked into Authur Murray we knew this was the dance studio for us! Their smiles and high energy instantly connected with us and made us feel right at home.

We had a few intro sessions and then down to the business end. We chose our song that they catered for us and our journey began, it was full of twists and turns but we soon started to get the hang of it.

7 weeks later we were on the dancefloor strutting our stuff and everything turned out perfectly.

A special mention goes to Christian who was an amazing teacher who had patience and a heart of gold.

Highly recommended this place if you're looking for some fun, make an already special day even more special or just to learn how to dance.

A really nice dance school with lovely teachers. It’s great for beginners like me since they teach both ball room and Latin dances, from basic to advanced level

Looking for something new to try? I highly recommend giving Dance a go and there is no better place than the Arthur Murray Studio in Brighton. The atmosphere is so uplifting and the teachers are absolutely amazing! When you join in, it likes gaining a whole other family <3!

My 16yo daughter started at Arthur Murray a few months ago and our whole family was instantly welcomed into the studio and made to feel felt right at home! The teachers are amazing and have such talent. My daughter loves it. Highly recommend!

It's Now or Never! My thoughts as I walked up those stairs nervously four years ago and entered into this incredible world of dance I never knew existed! My time has been simply amazing with AM Brighton & the team, I've learned some wonderful dances from both Latin and Ballroom styles. I've made many beautiful friends and I've been taught by some of the most amazing dance teachers! I tip my hat to my 'one in a million' instructor Umberto Prescutti who nurtured me patiently through learning many difficult steps and partnered me at some pretty incredible events and competitions, such as Crown and the annual studio Dance-O-Ramas … we even competed on the world stage in Venice! Ballroom dancing has changed my life for the better in so many wonderful ways, I'll never stop!)

Been going here since Jul/2018, for one on a fixed income it can be expensive, however the enjoyment (it creates endorphins in the brain - a positive “good”) far outway any cost!

AMbrighton has changed my life in so many ways and all for the better. The happiness I feel when I am in the studio, at a MatchComp or a Dance-O-Rama is something that I am so grateful for and so privileged to have. All of the teachers at Arthur Murray are so dedicated to their profession and really care about every students dancing. I couldn’t have ever asked for a better dancing family.

14 months ago I was given dancing lesson at AM as a 60 th birthday present. So I thought, let’s give it a go. Who would have thought that 14 months later my husband and I are entrenched! There are so many aspects of it that I love, not least being spending time together at a couple and meeting like minded people who love dancing. Ilona and Bernie run AM like a family, and we are all part of it. Everyone is friendly, supportive and generous, the instructors are patient, encouraging and warm.
When you arrive at the studio, everyone says “hullo” and makes you feel welcome.
If dancing is something you have thought about doing, lean in, and just start, you won’t regret it.

Took classes here with my fiance prior to our wedding. Really enjoyed it. Lovely, friendly place and teachers. I am not the most elegant, being 6ft 5 tall and was treated with a lot of patience. Great times:)

As an ex rugby player ‘poise and grace’ don’t come naturally to me, thankfully with the help of the staff and other clients I am enjoying to journey. The challengers are great, but I feel I have accomplished something every time I go. Thank you to all the staff you are a great team.

We've been learning to dance at AM for over a year now. We went in to learn our wedding dance and kept going back! LOVE IT. The instructors and atmosphere are the BEST. We tried a few different studios and nothing else stacks up to the friendly vibe and awesome dancing and attention you get! If you're looking to dance but also feel a part of something, make new friends and REALLY learn how to dance then this is your place. Highly recommend:)

It would not be an understatement that dancing at AM is the favourite for mans my wife. Top class teachers and method and great community

The teachers are fantastic. They have great knowledge and are very supportive. It is a great place to learn how to dance and get some great experience under your belt. However the administration side is awful. It is very expensive dancing at this studio and for the amount of money you pay you should be getting more speciality in regards to the administration side. They seem to pull prices out of thin air and they are ways changing prices of things or what’s included. There always seems to be an extra hidden cost or something they forgot to tell you. Nothing is given/released in a timely fashion. The events are amazing however are pulled together at the last second which causes stress and an uncomfortable situtation. The dancing quality is very good and it has given me a base for my dancing however I’m not sure the amount I paid to get there was worth it as I could of done it somewhere else for much less money. All the staff to genuinely care for every student/person which is amazing. Overall a good studio and fantastic dancing and teachers however be prepared to pay through the nose and follow up on information.

Whether you come from the North, South, East or West Arthur Murray Studio in Brighton is the best.
