How good are the installers at ArteStone! Yesterday, Tim and Van installed beautiful Lithostone Alba White bench-tops in our new kitchen, pantry and powder room. Both Tim and Van were careful, courteous and had a pleasant working demeanour - they didn’t rush and took the time to go about their work so that the finished product is faultless. Both are exemplars of what great customer service should be. ArteStone management - be proud of this team!

I cannot recommend Rodger and Kurt from Artestone Wangaratta enough. They came on a Saturday morning just before Christmas to remove 2 basins that were placed around the wrong way on my brand new Caesarstone vanity top and put them around the right way. It took them a few hours to remove and the job wasn’t straightforward and quite strenuous, and all that after every one else kept saying it couldn’t be done. My stressful and frustrating Friday was turned around and I was so great full that the outcome was exactly what I wanted. We are so lucky to have such great workmanship in our area.

As an owner builder in my second year of construction I was becoming completely dismayed with the industry and some of the people I was encountering. ArteStone was a breath of fresh air, professional, prompt, friendly service with no mucking about. A big thanks to the whole team including the measure and install guys Johnno and Chad.

Trevor Nipper, ably supported by Tim (an excellent stonemason), cut, polished and installed a beautiful granite benchtop feature with a narrow, but long, granite splashback, a large granite splashback between the rangehood and stove-top, together with 're-con' stone bench working spaces.
They also cut out and laid re-con stone flooring, with an intricate granite inlay, to create the key feature of this brilliant, architect-designed kitchen.
We also entrusted them with the 're-con' stone work in our new laundry/powder room which they installed to our complete satisfaction.
Both Trevor and Tim were a delight to observe and their passion for perfection was inspiring.
It was so refreshing to know that there are still real professionals around in a renovation/building world that seldom delivers to expectation.
