I have had framing and painting restoration done on a number of times in the past, all of which were outstanding.
I hit the front of this painting which left a prominent, white, scuff/scratch on the dress.
The restoration, cleaning and re-varnishing have made the painting jump off the canvass and glow!

Alex and Ben did an amazing job on framing three 'special' photographs and framing an original drawing by artist David Wood. I felt 100 per cent confident that they would frame them to high curatorial standards ensuring they are legacy pieces to be passed on down the generations. And the WOW factor and added value is that they have a very good eye for design/colours and choosing the appropriate frame size/colour/wood and borders as well.

New ownership yet to develop customer service ethos. Ben needs to listen to his clients and not have 'I'm doing my a favour' approach. Didn't even come out from the back to discuss adverse outcome or hear feedback. I was a long time client of this establishment but no more. Suggest you look around and find more experienced business.

After having 10 pictures framed and spending thousands of dollars in the store.
I would think you might get good customer service
No the owner are rude arrogant and completely out of line. Today was the last straw I called to ask what time they close web site says 6: 00 the male owner told me 5: 00. It was 4: 45 I called back to see if I could come to pick a photo frame pop over in 5 minutes. He accused me of hanging up on him and then abruptly hung the phone on me!
What a child! I will never walk back in there store again. What a horrible customer service experience, owners think they can do want they please

I recently 'stumbled' onto Art Conservation Framers & Gallery via the internet whilst seeking the expertise of someone who would sympathetically rejuvenate a wonderful piece of my family history. The painting had sadly been neglected over many years, the canvas showing signs of deterioration, and the once ornate frame damaged. I took it for inspection at Tony's wonderfully eclectic shop and he carefully explained how his team would be able to return the subject to its former glory. A few weeks later I have been re-united with an outstanding restoration that has completely fulfilled Tony's promise.
