Appalling customer service. Weeks and weeks between contact. Not a personable experience at all. We were just a number to these guys and I would not recommend their company or services under any circumstances. Contacted me initially and got my name wrong in the beginning and takes too long to get back to you - very unreliable and untrustworthy.

He was professional, gave great direction, had wonderful ideas and truly went above and beyond to get the best shot - even laying down on the wet road. Fabian captured every moment and created the perfect story of our day. Artbyi were also very prompt in getting images back to us very quickly.
