10I took a pair of heels to be adjusted from 10Cm to 8Cm. From my first phone to call to handing over the final product, the owner was extremely professional. And he has done an immaculate job as the heels still look brand new and untouched. Highly recommend.

I was very happy to discover we had a local shoe repairer. I’ve been here quite a few times in the last couple of years, and the service has always been top notch. The repairs are high quality, with quick turnaround and the prices fair. The store owner, Ara, is a delight and a local icon.
Probably, this is a to quality shoe repair shop. That's certainly there impression that I had from its presentation in the window? Unfortunately, the shop was closed at just the time when I desperately needed their services
Hopefully, upon my return at some later stage, I'll be able to update my post regarding their functionality and quality of service.
The old man in the shop said he could do a lift. After a week he stuck a pile of rubber on the bottom. It fell off on the first fitting. Then he said I will glue it back on again Then I looked at my new 200 dollar shoe. He ground the soul Totally flat destroyed it. IM SHOCKED IS THIS REAL. The spacer is ment to go between the tread. And tried to charge me 110 bucks. I could have done better myself.
Very disappointed with this repair man, over priced dishonest and did not deliver what was requested and agreed upon, my item was returned damaged. Rate zero stars.

My old shoes look and feel brand new! New inside soles, new soles, new heels and polished. 40 years in business lovely gentleman a salvation as I can't find new shoes as good.
