I really don't understand the negative reviews. I saw Dr Uhuegbu and found him to be friendly, knowledgeable and kind. The clinic was clean and welcoming and the reception were helpful and cheerful. I also found the fees very reasonable, much cheaper than Sydney which I am used to.

I would see Dr Uhuegbu at Arrowhead Medical Centre again.

Reception is shocking
3 weeks to get an answer about sending medical records that I had to pay for
4 weeks going back and forth about records then they lost the referral? Not once did I get a call back when promised
Left on hold and no one came back

And who is responding to these comments? You have an answer for everything - ZERO accountability or desire to improve your services based on customer feedback.
Glad I changed practices - now just to get someone to mail my documentation over zzzzzzz

I’ve been going to Arrowhead for 6 years, there has been a noticeable drop in quality of service/timeliness and responsiveness. Better systems are needed in terms of communication. Only reason for such a high review, the doctors. They are incredibly personable and speak plainly. Dr Dade, Agborchi and Ntsuke are all highly competent and are what keeps me coming to Arrowhead.

They force you to buy box of masks from their pharmacy, otherwise dont let you enter. They don't offer masks, and reception will act rude and then send you bills for not showing up.

Very unfair practices and greedy.

Shout out to Dr. Dasun Godagama, he’s very nice and helpful. The receptionist are very welcoming too

Worst medical centre. When you cancel an appt in Jan 2023, they don't tell you there's a cancellation FEE until you go book another appt and then Marvin tells you, I'm sorry your not welcome back until the fee for $60 is paid! I did receive a text message saying after this the cancellation fee is $20, so which fee is it? They can't even get that right! After 16 years of attending the same medical centre, I'm am CHANGING medical centre ASAP! I do not like being treated like that. It's inhumane the way they talk to you like your nothing. Very Very disappointed! Never will go there again, lack of support and lack of understanding.

Have been a long time visitor to this clinic since it opened and have always had pretty good experiences. Certainly understand the need to start charging for appointments given the current environment so no issue there. However, the service by the reception staff seems to have deteriorated considerably with each visit. This culminated with calling the centre to check if test results had come in yet so I could make a follow up appointment. I was told that I needed to call pathology myself to find out if they had been sent without checking their own system first. Most other doctors will let you know when results have arrived to book a follow up and yet here we are having to follow up ourselves. Very disappointing to see the decline of this centre.

I called your reception for confirmation on availability of my test reports. Your receptionist said they do not have access to check it. Also, he confirmed he will check with the doctor and call me back, and I did not receive a call back! Then I called back after 3 hours, and spoke to the same receptionist, and he said the doctor is busy (even after 3 hours)! The receptionist says "As a patient, would you want to be interrupted! " Was the doctor attending to 1 patient for 3 hours! You are now a paid clinic, and this sort of a service is pathetic!

It high time to update your tech.if someone loses the voice, how will they contact you.that is exactly what happened to me.jee look at the world with more diverse outlook!

I don't know who the manager is of this general practice but they need to train their staff. I called them to pay an invoice and was advised to call the next day because the receptionist "didn't know how to process a payment over the phone. "

Plus now they have their doctors available after 5pm so they can charge their patients, HOW PATHETIC!

So disgusted by the doctors specially dr shah hussain, worrying about their license than the patients, he told me that he cant give antibiotics as he is being watched by the authorities and cant loose his license.pls don’t become a dic if your so self promoting.my son ultimately became better with the antibiotics that you never gave and he suffered for days for no reason

My first visit Dr Thura kyaw was very understanding and listened to everything I was saying and is a smart Doctor and the receptionist and very nice people too

The Dr Tariq Anwar is so rude ignored to see the patient as well as the receptionist Ms Ruby ignored as well. It is a great shame when the doctor doesn't want to see the patient in a critical condition. Also the website says open until 11pm but the reception Ruby said its only open till 9pm and at 8pm they stopped watching the patient. What a shame Arrowhead Medical!?

I honestly feel pretty bad for calling them every week but the reception has always been patient with me including their doctors.

Despite what I've been going through with my health the doctors have always tried to help me in the way they can.

Terrible experience at this medical centre. Dr George Dade is rude and disrespectful towards patients. Stay away from this place at all costs.

Poor customer service especially the person who called herself as a team leader. I have re-scheduled my original booking with another staff over the phone but apparently that person must have forgotten to re-schedule for me as they can’t find my booking. I can understand it could be a human error but very disappointing with how the team leader has been dealing with client, NO apologies has given but only said to me that “You had canceled your original booking and you didn’t book for other dates also we are fully book today how could you book it for today! ” For my opinion this was very unprofessional of how they treated clients so I don’t recommend you to go there.

I arrived early to my appointment. Extremely rude treatment by receptionist. Yelling at me to hurry up an fill in the new patient form as quickly as I can as the doctor has to go soon, while filling in the form, she kept rushing and telling me to hurry up! When I finally sat down with the doctor, I told I needed a referral. He said there’s no time for this as he has to go an pick up his son from school. I spent less that 5mins with him. He quickly rebooked me for another day. That was my waste of time there. Would not recommend.

Staff are friendly, very organised and clean practice, I've a good dr pilate all drs I've had a great and the chemist next door Wade treats you like family

I have visiting this clinic from past 6 yrs never had any problem. But lately reception staff are really rude on phone. I had experience this twice in a row. I let it go first time thinking someone is having a bad day but again same person with rude mannerisms on phone.

To anyone booking an appointment here, AVOID DR. THURA KYAW at all costs. Incompetent, inconsiderate and in DENIAL does not cover even half of his incapabilities as a doctor. This is coming from someone who works in the health sector themselves and had the unfortunate luck of having to see him. After being misdiagnosed as a result of him being unwilling to acknowledge my clinical manifestations, I narrowly avoided the emergency room thanks to a second doctor whose opinion I sought (obviously not from Arrowhead Medical Centre). This other doctor recognised the severity of the issue as soon as she saw me, and prescribed the right medications, resolving the issue almost immediately. Never again will I be booking an appointment with Dr Thura Kyaw. I cannot speak for other doctors in the centre, however his lack of experience and arrogance is glaring.
