I'll be honest, I was overwhelmed with the arova website. I think its because i didnt know what i was looking for when I was looking up bathroom suites. I accidentally clicked on the online chat icon and then the next minute I was chatting to Kelly. I was struggling to understand via chat so she rang me. Kelly from online customer service helped tremendously. If I didn't understand what a certain product was then she would email photos. By the end of our conservation I knew exactly what I needed for my bathroom. She emailed a quote and then the next day my husband and I were instore. The woman instore helped with the extra little things that i didnt think of. We purchased everything and then we went down stairs and collected our products.

Absolute unprofessionals. We have always patronised this business and their products, but unfortunately had to return one item due to it being too heavy, and was honest enough to let them know we had to return, and the staff found some teeeeeeeeny mark on the package that was sealed by their staff and never ever opened by us, and name the item as damaged and charged us a 20% fee which is daylight robbery. Will never ever patronise them again for their unfair practise, and will let the rest of the family also know to never patronise this organisation. You have lost a whole lot of customers from a huge community. Pathetic response from your staff/manager looking for an excuse to withhold clients money. Your loss. What you guys dish out to your customers will come back to bite you. Even Bunnings will refund based on trust. We were too honest for you guys.

Ordered sink but had to return it due to fit.customer service was excellent from start of process to finish.very professional

Cabinet not yet installed so can't make an accurate statement. Wasn't all that happy with the delivery as it arrived on a pallet and we live in a retirement village. The product is nice and the people in the store are very helpful. The delivery man was very nice and helped us even though he wasn't supposed to.they really need to improve the delivery method.
