In all honesty it probably took me 6 months before I was comfortable using AroFlo. I absolutely love it now that I’ve gotten through the transition phase. The thing that puts them at the top of the ladder for me is their technical support. Once again I’ve just had an amazing call with one of the tech guys Noah, what he just did for our system in 5 - 10 minutes, would’ve taken me hours! Thanks a lot guys! Keep it up!

I have used Aroflo in 2 businesses and sincerely recommend this software for Project Mgt, Purchasing and now Timesheets. Every single time over the 7 year journey with Aroflo I have been provided with superb support, genuine friendliness and a monumental amount of problem solving and solution building.
2 past employees that moved on to other businesses have implemented Aroflo into their new places of work. The customer support is exceptional and the teams truly do go above and beyond. THANK YOU team, you are all legends.

We moved to AroFlo from MS Great Plains. AroFlo handles our maintenance contracts as well as install projects & tasks in 1 package. It was best cost-effective fit for our SME business

Love how this has transformed my business. Everything you could possibly need from day to day calendar management to work place health and safety requirements. Very user friendly, but support available if needed.

Training with Shelley has been a fantastic experience. I don't find the system very easy to use at first but it is once you understand the general workflow. I love that the online chat, training centre and help options mean I can get my questions answered almost any time of the day!

Having looked at the last review claiming that AroFlo is easy to use, i can only assume that the reviewer has had little experience with other Field Management Systems (FMS).

However AroFlo certainly is overloaded with functionality which has obviously evolved with the system and as a consequence we found it difficult to navigate and the antithesis to user friendly.
To offset this, AroFlo have an outstanding support desk that actually answer phones and know their system.

So whilst functionality and operational opinions are subjective, integrity is not, which is why i have written this review!

Our issue is to do with the cancellation of our subscription after we transitioned to another FMS on the advice of our IT team. They evaluated a more cost effective, comprehensive and user friendly FMS, so after running parallel for a few months we tried to cancel our subscription.

Typically cancelling a software subscription with established and professional IT software applications such as the Xero Accounting Package, involves a simple and automatic online procedure. Not so with AroFlo. The AroFlo process is a very clumsy manual procedure which bypasses their efficient Help Desk and involves submitting a request through their online help portal.

In our case we did this and got an immediate email response advising we would get an answer within one (1) working day. Its now 8 days and we are still waiting for a response. In the meantime another automatic monthly license fee payment was deducted from our bank account forcing us to dispute the transaction and eventually to cancel our company debit card to prevent any further deduction for fees for a software system we don't use.

I'll let you be the judge as to the integrity of a company that has arguably one of the most efficient Help Desk support service except when it comes to unsubscribing from their application!

We have only been using the system since November 2021 and have found the system has met our needs with stock management, reporting and the day to day running of the guys on the tools. The training sessions with Kate have been well structured and so beneficial. She has been a delight to work with and has gone above and beyond in getting us set up.

Fantastic easy to use program that really does it all from service management, quoting, inventory control, reporting, right through to invoicing, document storage, and even vehicle tracking, plus loads more. AroFlo really have got it right. Highly recommended and used by many others we do business with. Top notch customer support too!

I wish there was a business analytical side to aroflo as well. I know there is a lot of data which can be made useful for company's overall performance. The introduction of KPI's with visuals can be really useful.

Support is sub-par, there are some inherent bugs that are ''too hard to fix''. Not suitable for high volume business.

The job system is pretty good, not very customisable though, no smarts for overtime management. Quoting templates are terrible and customizing is a huge time waster.

The best thing about working at AroFlo is the company culture. I really feel valued and supported and it certainly motivates me to produce my best work. The job is highly rewarding, and you really feel like you’re making a difference to those who use the product in their everyday lives. Feedback and ideas on improving the system are met well and communicated effectively.
Working at AroFlo, you really feel like part of the family, as opposed to being part of the furniture.

They demonstrated their application - cloud based and extensive integrated functionality. With the massive bonus of integration with your accounting application.

As a experienced IT professional, I will say it looks good and promises solutions to for small to larger businesses.
