I've been going here for six years. 90% of the time the staff are courteous, friendly, funny and helpful.

Occasionally they are overwhelmed or understaffed, and like everyone, they can have a bad day. If you imagine being in a customer service job prevents you from being human, dream on.

I usually leave the store with a smile on my face. The only thing I'd change is that I'd like to see the turnaround on scripts be a little faster; they seem to be about 30% slower than the other like pharmacies and it does become annoying if you're there with small kids.

If you need anything preordered, or if you have a standing order, they will absolutely bend over backwards to help. I recommend them.

I recently moved away from the area and miss the wonderful caring attention that I received for over 18 years from the professional caring staff at this pharmacy. Some complain that the service was slow but having watched the staff over the last 18 mths deal with compassion with their elderly clientele who were often confused and unsure during the covid lockdowns I didn't mind waiting occasionally.

No stars. I was there with my mum on Tuesday afternoon. I had planned on spending $100 on the Boody range as I needed to stock up. Usually the CS ladies are lovely however this particular sales assistant, who I have never seen before, stood right next to me in my personal space waiting and watching. I understand observation is the key to preventing shoplifters but this was something else.
Bad move lady! Because of your stupidity we walked out without purchasing a single item.
Surely you can observe from a distance? I was highly offended as was my mum. I will be travelling to Wholefoods in Ferntree Gully to purchase our items.

No star at all, they have the flu vaccination and they rejected the Bupa voucher, insisting sending me some where else 20 minutes away, the lady who has given the wrong information, was nice and apologized.the pharmacy assistant was just unhelpful, worst customer service

What a wonderful friendly caring staff who go out of their way to help you. I have been going to this chemist now for over 10 years and l like how the girls know what they are talking about and give you good sound advice and if they don't know they are not to proud to ask the Pharmacist. Could recommend them highly enough.

Staff push you around, i was waiting for a script are you right by 4 staff members yes. Yes yes. Yes thanks.

I had no issues here at all unlike some other reviewers. The pharmacist and assistant were both lovely and helpful. They were busy but still took time to assist me and answer all my questions. I'd go back. 10/05/2017 @ 8: 30pm.

Rudest bitchy staff, presume the boss is scared of the old bags that have formed a mutiny there other wise why would anyone employ such troll, been that way for years

I phoned this store to enquire about a specific product. I spoke to Jan who went and checked for the item for me, but they didn't stock it. Jan provided me with other Chemmart Pharmacy locations to try, which was very helpful as the locations on the Chemmart website are out of date with some stores now renamed under competitor names. This was the third store I'd called before actually finding it was a Chemmart store. Anyway, Jan was very friendly and helpful, and provided me with a list of stores that are still Chemmart owned.

Staff were incredibly rude, everything was overpriced and overall had to be the most horrible experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. Honestly this horrible excuse for a pharmacy does not even deserve a one star rating, im appalled.
