Armstrongs Reblocking PTY Ltd.

Called this company twice didn't return my call for 2 weeks.
I called him again a week later on a Friday afternoon said that he would call me back Monday morning never call.

DO NOT USE. I had Ben come out around 3 years ago to reblock. He inspected the stumps and said that he could do the job. He then reblocks the stumps only to then say that he can’t jack up the brick wall. In turn, this made the levelling even worse than before.
Once I returned home, I tried calling him to discuss with no answer. It’s like he dropped off the face of the earth.
My reason for posting now (3 years on) is because I thought the reblocking may have helped over time. It has stayed worse.

The staff arrived when they said. The end result was perfect and it allowed other trades to complete their job correctly. The three staff that attended cleaned up every day and the job was done in a week like they said. I would use this company again

They quoted, then never showed up and didn't reply to calls or messages.have also been advised by current restumper that when Armstrong rsetumping do do work, its not of a good standard.probably dodged a bullet with them not turning up. AVOID!

Extremely unreliable. Took over a month longer than quoted. Would never return phone calls.
Avoid this business.

If I could rate this company less than 1 star I would. This Ben character has no idea what he's doing. Arrogant, entitled and has terrible customer service. Would. Not. Recommend.
