Very disappointed with the services they advertising as a quick and fast lawyers and they aren't.
First at all the first consultation is 275 dolars. I did my consultation with Charlotte Wilkin, they promise you an hour of legal advice they just start to ask you the information to get everything they need to fill up and then don t give you any advice at all. Isn't emphaty with the client just all about how much you willing to pay. I asked for advice about my situation she didn t give any advice she told me you need to tell me what to do! Incredible! That's why I call a lawyer for? She was rushing up to end the call before the hour that I did paid.
They just ask you for a big amount of money and promise that they will start the work as son as you pay. I did pay another 1.5000 dolars to go forward and start the work but she didn't do anything instead I had to confirm myself the payment because they didn't and push to start the work as I say was a urgent matter and she send me the cost disclosure to sign it was a ridiculous amount of money even not starting anything. They response is very slow and unprofessional.
I m a very unhappy client that realize there are other services much better and professional and with very quick response so I ask for my money back because they didn't started any work. Can you belive when you need to pay them they call you straight away to get your payment but to get my refund back I had to speak with diferent people send email to confirm by phone and email my refund aswell been treated like nothing with acttitud.
I don t recomend this service at all sorry I m still waiting for they give me my money back.

Avoid Armstrong legal, we paid for first consultation and all seemed ok. Then we paid the requested $2000 first instalment into their trust, and haven’t heard back. Have made several enquiries and no reply. They have taken the money and not done anything. Avoid these scammers.

I feel I was overcharged SEVERELY. They even charged me $40 for simple email replies! I would NOT recommend. I felt I achieved nothing but losing money by choosing these lawyers. BEWARE.

Once payment was made into the trust account, they were nonexistent.
I tried to get a hold of them on many occasions but to no avail, i finally get a call after three weeks asking me for more money and then telling me they won't represent me, knowing that, it was not possible,
due to my circumstances, and it was @ that point, I realised I had made the biggest mistake of my life, as I was warned by others about this firm in the past. I told them not to worry about any further representation. Then to find out they had manipulated my family into paying them more funds, literally to do nothing. My family was shocked, absolutely shocked, by the way in which they were spoken to, the disrespectful manner in wich he spoke to my wife, she stated he spoke with a lollipop in his mouth and his speech was slurred, and it was difficult to understand what he was explaining to her.
He lost my psychologist report that she had paid for @ one of my hearings!
The judge also was very disappointed in the incompetent way my case was dealt with, he stated he had never seen such incompetence in his 30 years. The only time I saw him was @ my hearings on two occasions which was via the video link.

I would highly recommend this law firm for anyone. The lawyer that serves me was Carl Patterson he was very profresional and knows what he was doing. My case was really complicated and we were expecting the case to be lengthy and not have a very present outcome. At the end, with the help of Carl, the prosecution ended up dropping all of my charges and the case never went through hearing. I am so grateful to have him as my lawyer highly recommended.
