I had contacted several roofing companies to give me an estimate on roof repair or total replacement. Armour Shield Roof Repairs was the 1st to respond & come to my house. They took pictures of the roof showing exactly what needed to be done and were honest about not needing a roof replacement at this time but gave me the estimate for both. I ended up going with them due to the cost being the lowest but the work area was the same on both estimates I received. They came out exactly when we had agreed and my roof was repaired and all debris cleaned up within a couple of hours. I couldn't be happier with their work, timeliness, friendly staff and my insurance company had already dealt with them in the past and also recommended them. They issued me a quote the same day they came out to inspect the roof. Thank you for everything and a very prompt and efficient service.

If you’re selling your home, there are plenty of roof restorers who will give you a cheap quote. But we love where we live and wanted a quality job that would see us out. (Yes, we’re getting old.) Luckily, we found Ash and he’s team from Armourshield Roof Repairs. They came to our home to give a quote and climbed up onto the roof to examine the condition of the tiles, valleys, ridge capping and the existing paint. He explained the importance of removing the flaking paint before doing anything else. He thoroughly stripped all the old peeling paint off and then repointed the ridge capping. Next, he applied a tinted flexible membrane to make certain any remaining paint did not peel. Finally, he applied the top coat, and it looks fantastic. During the course of the work ash made sure our home and property were kept clean. We thoroughly recommend Armourshield Roof Repairs for quality work at a fair price. (They even painted some spare tiles we had in case of future damage.)

Ash is a “can do” man! And a lovely chap to deal with. Today Ash installed flashing around a skylight and sealed a join in our box gutter. His communication was excellent- he jumped up on the roof, accessed the situation, took photos and carefully explained what he understood to be the issue. He quoted me and said he could fix it straight away. We shook hands and he got on with the job. He took photos of the works he completed and sent them through to me and my sons email. I paid him and a copy of the invoice was emailed through to us before I got back to the office! We required a replacement of our roof following the storms of early 2022. Armourshield Roof Repairs were very responsive in my request for a quote, despite the large volume of work that they had on their books. The weather continued to delay the works, but Armourshield kept communicating with me as to the status of the job which enabled me to keep our insurers also up to date of the progress of the works. The team that repaired the roof did a very good job and I am very happy with the end result.

Armourshield are extremely professional and focus on attention to detail. I had a re-roof five years ago, Which was a perfect job then and still is. I have also hired Ash and his team to modify some down pipes and rain heads for me since then which they assisted me with problem solving. Highly recommend Armourshield Roof Repairs for their roof repair work. Ash and his team went over and above, my ridge tiles needed repointing and I needed valley’s replaced. Ash called during the work and explained that he made additional changes to the valleys on the roof with added flashing. Ash was prompt and very thorough in his inspection of the roof. He provided a detailed quote with pictures and an explanation of the work to be done. Upon my acceptance of their quote, they were quick to get us on the schedule. They showed up on time and completed the work. They completely cleaned the area around the house (there was a fair amount of debris that they cleared from the roof) and left it looking better than when they started. Impressed with the quality of their workmanship and attention to detail with our roof. They took their time and did a superb job. The price was more than fair for the enormous amount of work to be completed and there were no shortcuts taken. Nothing but the best materials were used and the results exceeded our expectations. When you look at the valleys, ridge capping, whirlybirds and vents- everything has been beautifully restored back to original if not better condition. The 2 young guys that came out to repair my leaking roof were wonderful. They were very polite, explained what they were doing and showed me photos of before and after the repairs. Our roof is terracotta & was covered in moss as it had been approx 20 years & needed to be cleaned & any damages repaired. Armourshield Roof Repairs did a wonderful job & we are very happy with the end product. Completed in August 2022. (Review left in may 2023) It had rained a couple of times during the whole process & there was dew and dampness at which stages they could not work on the roof and were safety conscious. Armourshield Roof Repairs are an excellent business to deal with. Very friendly, professional and customer oriented. My experience with them was great right from my initial contact with the receptionist Emily and throughout the process to job completion and clean up. Ash provided a prompt inspection and quote which I was happy to accept and request that the job proceed. The tradesmen Alex and his colleague Wayne did an excellent job replacing the section of roofing, skylight and vent. Communication and updates were provided when required.
