Be very careful. Service is average and simple mistakes are made and need to be picked up by you and corrected. There is a continual theme to try and charge you for extra services that should/are included by almost all other draftspeople. Communications are not clear enough.

William and Kate from Arky design are amazing, they have pushed through all the obstacles thrown at us by the council and given us the roadmap to building the home we want.
On a personal note I highly recommend giving William a call to discuss your project, he will work with you in making this happen.

I have done 3 project with the team at Arky Design and highly recommend them. Easy to deal with and prompt service.

I engaged Arcky Design to assist with the design of sub-division project in South East Melbourne, involving the design of a three bedroom townhouse at the rear of a pre-existing three bedroom home. I spoke with a number of design teams prior to commencing the project, all of which indicated that council approval would be unlikely due to car parking restrictions. Arcky Design however, was able to overcome this issue by making some minor changes to the pre-existing property. William maximized both floor and outdoor space creative design work. William's town planning team also corresponded with council on town planning matters, requiring minimal input from self. I would highly recommend William for Battleax and sub-division projects.

Warning to anyone looking to use this company. Most unprofessional group of people that I have had the displeasure of having anything to do with. I employed them to design my multi dwelling development. I had to let them go and luckily knew when to cut my losses. I lost thousands paying these people for plans that would never have been approved by my council. I luckily employed another designer and achieved a much better result and easier council approval. Warning do your homework and keep away from this group.
