This is my second time using this site. I bought some skincare products. First time I received a bonus gift. This time there was a delay with the delivery but as a compensation they've replaced the 150ml (which I originally order) Haruharu Wonder rice toner with 300ml big bottle.  I'm so happy. I highly recommend Arktastic. They have the best customer's service. Definitely will come back. You guys are awesome. I mean Arktastic surely is Fantastic!: D

Great skincare deal and excellent customer service. I’ve placed the order on Thursday and package arrived on Sunday. They notified me that one of the item won’t be in the package due to short of stock and will be deliver soon as it arrives. Great follow up. Plenty samples were given.
