Our experience is highly negative.

We dropped our car off before Christmas 2023 to get a quote on how much it would cost to fix the aircon.
In the first week of 2024, we received a call about how much the repair would be. And if we decide not to go ahead, we still owe this company 510.00 AUD. I asked why and got told that they have done some service work and do not give free quotes.

We went in to get a quote; we never asked to get any services or repairs done without our permission. As well, we never got told that a quote would cost so much money either.

When we returned to pick up our car, we received 200.00 AUD off the bill. The quote and not-wanted service ended up costing us 310.00 AUD. Unfortunately, they kept our car till the account was settled. There was not much we were able to do. We are out of pocket of 310.00 AUD and received a bad experience.

I live off grid and they were to connect solar panel to charge controller and to Battery.they put charge controller under the bed so it can't be seen unless you get under with a light.all the wiring I supplied and connections were left in bag not one was used plus put wrong screws in the battery when I asked to speak with the person who did job I was told he's at lunch I said I can wait they said he might not be back for a while so I left.so it all stopped working on the Monday a couple of weeks later I rang and they said sorry can't do anything till Friday no power OK. I would never recommend you using this company in Wodonga after my experience.

Nicholas was amazing going out of he’s way to help me fix my interior cabin light after it wouldn’t switch on. Finding it had a blown fuse. Absolute legend.

Great company, very professional service. They went well beyond what I expected of them, completed the job despite being “one of the most difficult jobs they have tackled”

Cost $846 for electrical problem which they reckoned they had fixed.
I had paid enough to them for nothing. Had my veh towed from Albury to Melbourne and problem found straight away. Contacted Arkon to tell them I was very unhappy but were not interested to return the call. Would never recommend them VERY disappointed 29.8.20 They replied they very happy that I found someone else to fix my car. WOW! I'M glad I found someone that knew what they were doing, and fixed my car. Were they also very happy that I parted with $846 for nothing? I'm sure they are! The reply from them apparently admits their incompetence to do a job
