First and last time customer. I brought a pair of light coloured shoes to get part of the sole re-glued and I could've done a better job myself. Messy handiwork with glue visible and my shoes were returned with black dirt marks/black residue all over the front. Lady who served me said that it couldn't have been them - they don't use black glue, she gave me a $3 discount (still paid $25) but I can never wear the shoes again. Will stick to my regular shoe repairer in the city!
