We first contacted Rakesh via sms on a Saturday afternoon about finance for a new factory. He replied within a few moments, even though it was a weekend, and had the application processed started on the Monday. Rakesh gave us a few options and suggestions, and got us a great interest rate and finance for the amount we requested. The process was made easy and I would definitely recommend Rakesh and ARG Finance.

Gagan Silwal from ARG Finance helped us get our loan sorted for our land and house construction. Being first time buyers, we had a lot of questions and confusions about obtaining finance as well as the general process of buying land, signing build contracts, conveyancing, government grants, etc. Gagan made us feel very comfortable from our first contact with him. He sat down with us for half an hour and explained each step very clearly. Before meeting Gagan, we had seen 3 other mortgage brokers. None of them could satisfy our questions or guide us through all the steps. I would say if it were not for Gagan's support, we would not have had enough confidence to start our home build journey at this stage.

Not only did he help in obtaining a loan with great terms in a matter of couple of weeks, he also advised us in things such as conveyancing, applying for grants, settlement process, building contracts, etc. He was always very professional and respectful. He was very responsive to our calls and would patiently answer our questions even if he asked the same thing 10 times.
