I understand its covid now. But the way they handle stuff is not professional, no others option or solution given, the house they have on leasing property is really nice but such a waste timer for whoever really want to lease it. Been waiting for inspection date and time for 3 weeks, but when I called, they have no solution and ask me to wait. My current house lease end soon and its really frustrating the way they handle it.

Timing between finding and purchasing the property was short so dealing with agent was brief. Communication was ok. Friendly and understanding. My only suggestion would be for agent to advise vendors on the etiquette of leaving a house clean for the new owner, especially kitchen including appliances, bathroom, toilet and cupboards.
Edited to add - communication poor, especially after purchase.

Coco contacted me about the property becoming available again and was able to open up the property for inspection on the same day.
