Wonderful experience.
Just like it says, very easy and fast process. You don’t have to do much just provide documents on car and they take it from there. They call, book you in for an inspection on the car and tell you a price. So easy and you get the money in 24 hours. I would recommend GraysPays!

GraysPays were phenomenal with their contact when I advised them of the extremely quick turnaround I needed if this sale was to proceed.
I was ok with the original discussion about price, what I wanted and what they thought they could offer but once the inspection was done their offer unfortunately, dropped dramatically.

Why list your car, have people ring you night and day making stupid offers, sometimes without even seeing the car, or turning up and offering $1000s less because it has a 1cm scratch or just because they think they can offer $1000s less than the advertised price. All those weeks are a waste of time, when I can contact the sales guy at Are you Selling, they lookup the book price and give you a guideline, you tell them what you are after, they come to your house to inspect the car and then give the feedback back to their buyer team. The buyer calls you to negotiate a price.done! They send a towie who waits for you to confirm that your Osko instant payment has gone through to your bank, you give them the keys and go back inside to make a cuppa while they finish up. Great service, fair pricing, no hassle! This is my second time using Are You Selling and I will never advertise a vehicle again - it just is not worth my time!

The Staff members I dealt with were professional and courteous. Daniel, Ali etc were fabulous.

I did a sent out quotes across top 5 companies and 'Are You Selling' came back quickest and most competitive.

Dealt with several departments; purchaser, assessor, valuator, logistics and 3rd party towing. The whole process was prompt (at my own pace) and transparent, and payment by the time the car was collected.

Would consider using their services again.

I'd suggest going to one of their competitors, going to an auction house or if feasible a private sale. They waste your time by giving you an initial fair indicative quote over the phone and book in an inspection. Right after the inspection they low ball you and try to pressure you to accept, even though the inspection went well and the car is rated as excellent. If you try to negotiate or ask for a better price, they say they will get back to you but never do. They then have their agents keep calling and SMSing you with the low ball offer. My experience with them says they are just here to rip people off and make a quick buck. I'd give them 0 stars if possible.

Be very careful before signing the contrsct.
First time I heard that when you sell a car a security is put on your car.
They put security on the car as soon as you sign the contract and before paying you any cent.
Also their cancellation fee is huge and ambiguous in the contract.
Never again will deal with them.
