Good collection of games, great location and environment. However, number of VR games not working, low staff availability for assistance and quality of rewards can be improved especially those in the 100 points range.

Massive shoutout to the ladies on the desk today that assisted my client to ensure the machines were inclusive to his needs. He had so much fun and today was his first day where he built up enough confidence to participate in the games available, and this wouldn't have been possible without the support from staff. Highly recommend this place and will be back

We had Kids Birthday Party end of last month, ordered 15 kids birthday package - worth around $525, plus $800+ worth of adults foods (this is stupid decision) as we have quite larger adults attending.

We were advised the separate food orders to cater for adults to be served by 11AM however this didn't happen or the site manager only aware on the day hence the chaos.

Our room booked at 12-12.40pm and food only being served after 12 some even arrived 5 mins before room booking finish & been rushed out, literally what a joke.

All in all, we pretty much wasted $800 worth of foods & should just stick with the kids birthday package only.

All function related need to be directed to their head office whom never pickup your call & you have to leave a voicemail.

They also only interested to take your deposit & always made errors.

What a waste of money literally, we probably should booked somewhere else.

My friends and I visited this Archie Brothers last night and we had such an amazing time! They have such a good range of fun games and activities! All the staff were also extremely nice and made our experience even more fun!

We want to thank one of the staff, Rohan, for being such a kindhearted person who guided us through our dogem cars play and also other various arcade games! He was always willing to help us out with a smile on his face!

The male at reception (with the Chopper hat) was also another super friendly and fun staff who we had the pleasure of encountering!

Would definitely recommend visiting this location!

Spent our Saturday night here for a friend's birthday. Our host, Kane, looked after us for the entire night! He gave us a full tour of the venue and showed us the FULL Archie Brother's experience! We had a truly memorable birthday and can't wait to come back to have more fun!

Had a great time here and the staff were too nice. Shoutout to chloe she was so welcoming and fun and just made the experience great. Security guard sam as well was extremely boisterous and so much nicer than he needed to be. All around great time

Great fun for kids and adults alike. Kane provided spectacular service and helped us have a good night. Highly recommended.

It was my sons 5th bday and they really made him feel special. TJ at the front desk is amazing. The whole team had a really fun attitude. We will be back on another rainy day.

Brought the family here to have some Birthday fun and we had an incredible time. This place was awesome, we had so much fun. The staff were genuinely happy to be there and took it upon themselves to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Thanks for the experience!

After a machine didnt work i went to the reception and Calvin a staff member said he will help me out and handed a free bag of popcorn!

Thank you to Ryan and the party team. We held a 6 year old birthday here and Ryan, our party host, was so fantastic! He took every question and every request in his stride. He was patient and kind. Every child was given a free gift and the birthday children received a larger gift. The party food was also higher quality than we expected and the ice cream cake (add on to party) was an easy option that all the kids loved. The kids LOVED the whole party.

Had a great night at the Chadstone venue - special shoutout to Alex behind the arcade counter for bringing great personality and energy to the place!

Hosted my daughter’s 12th birthday party at Strike and Archie Brothers. Alex was our party host. He was amazing. Great ambassador for Archie Brothers. He was professional, mature, organised and nothing was too much. Our party ran on time and the girls had a fabulous time. Highly recommend.

Winnie and AK were absolutely incredible! The service they provided was truly outstanding and made sure my birthday was so special. I WILL BE COMING BACK AGAIN!

Ryan the party host was amazing! He was very accommodating as we were half an hour late. Ryan made sure the children had extra time to play so they didn't miss out. All the children had a blast! Thank you Ryan!

Sam the security guard was such a legend helping us on how to do the games and giving us a great experience. Similar greatness with Chloe who also helped us a made the experience even better. Such nice workers deserve a raise!

This place is wonderful! My mum and I come here for a break once a week to have some fun. The staff here are extremely nice and helpful. Very easy to get money out on you card, do you can play the games. Has a wide range of different games, all sorts. The prizes are great, and they change them around regularly. A good place to come for all ages! I hight recommend coming here

Had a great experience here, especially with the Dodgem Cars and the Thrillseeker rides! Shout out to Kane, literally the sweetest and most energetic employee working there! He made sure my friends and I were well taken care of and brought a positive and memorable energy to the night! Very impressed:)

Kane is the absolute sweetest thing on the planet! Not only do they encourage patrons whilst they play games, but allowed our group to play bumper cars with them, and gave me a mario poster when I failed time and time again at the claw machine to rescue Yoshi from his prison. Thank you to (Lolo?) as well for revving us up as we were on the bumper cars!

Archies is always so fun, very rare that the machines are out of use, theres a large range of different games and if you go on a weekday, you’re almost guaranteed for it to be quiet and have your pick of games. 10/10 recommend the staff and venue for all the fun you could have:)
