Booked our hilux in for some work after doing the rounds Tjm, Ironman and arb we chose arb due to the fact of how well we where treated by Brittany her manner professional approach and treatment of a customer was second to none she straightaway was interested and happy to help if. This store has an awful reputation and today’s visit was no different. I rang yesterday to confirm they had a particular fridge on display to have a look at so drove 50 minutes in to the store today and guess what? Not on display

My dad took his 2021 ranger into geelong arb to get a winch and a bull bar fitted. They did a fantastic job, however I have an issue. They returned the car with some new dents in the tail gate, itself not much of a problem. But after several attempts to reach out to arb to rectify the problem we are only met with silence. They are awesome at taking your money, not so good at solving problems they caused! Think before you hand your money over to these peanuts

Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable.

Attend the outstanding ARB store Geelong spoke to Michael explained I was at a loss as to how to put new window locks onto my ARB canopy (5 years old) Michael put them on for me & was so pleasant and although it was pouring rain he just completed the task with M. O. F.and smiling said, "No charge mate, see you next time" Great friendly service. Spoke to Sean today about a small job on my car. What a wealth of experience this guy has. He is the mechanic & was working for a big company in QLD doing all wonderful thing to 200 series Cruisers. He is the mechanic at ARB. The staff were very busy this morning & displayed great customer service. SO ***** five stars lads & thanks for your time Sean.

Fantastic service and friendly helpful staff. We had an issue with the locking mechanism on our ARB canopy and they fixed it same day without any fuss. Highly recommended.

After sales service is appalling. I’ve had to do all the chasing up for a faulty airbag and 3 months later, no call. Nothing! Each time I call they seemingly have no file for my vehicle. It’s really disappointing.

Very busy joint. But they provided good service and managed to sort out my leaking ARB long range tank under warranty even though it was technically outside the two year period.

Installation was not done by these guys btw. Won't name the supplying dealer.

Truely sorry to say, shocking customer service. Booked my canopy a month in advance. Arrive on fitting date to be told that it’s not here and to go home and wait for a call when to re book.
Could I have not been told this info over the phone prior to taking work off, organising lifts etc? Disappointing and VERY frustrating.

As usual walked in there to no help, asked a few question only to have a quick reply with no customer service at all, like everything from arb over priced, wouldn’t be so bad if the people working there put on a happy face!

Great Australian gear and the staff are just awesome and explain all the gear with pride and passion.

So happy with the extras we had put on our Ranger. ARB are so easy to work with and so helpful. Great Customer Service.
