First rate products although staff tended to be rude and short with customers but very knowledgeable in the equipment they sell.

Just replaced my old ARB canopy sliding window for an awning type.it has come up great, thanks to the team a Dandenong.terrific service.

Didn't have what I wanted, but incredibly helpful and got the contact i needed which was in w.a, all class!

I recently embarked on a new project which required the purchase of a 4x4. Not having any previous experience or knowledge in this area I went with a brand that I’d seen in ARB and found an ARB store/workshop not too far from me in Dandenong, VIC.
I gave ARB Dandenong a call and spoke with Thomas and made it clear I knew nothing but did tell him what I needed over the phone in terms of purpose and criteria. He informed me of longer than usual wait periods due to logistics (not uncommon anywhere at this time) and that he would see if he could help me with an appointment sooner than 3 months! We worked out that I needed a canopy with sliding glass and a bulbar specific to my needs then said he’d call me back asap. 30min later Thomas called me back and arranged an appointment 10 days away opposed to 3 months!
When the appointment time came Thomas proceeded to help me in the showroom with more of my questions on lighting and what I could do down the track. The service I received in the experience was second to none and I wasn’t made to feel like an idiot not knowing particulars about four-wheel driving.
Well done Thomas, your knowledge and excellent customer service is an asset to ARB and its service like yours that builds a rapport with customers for ongoing business.

Great store with a large display section and all the accessories you (probably don’t) need…it’s easy to get carried away here. Staff are very helpful.

The staff are attentive and willing to help and the person l spoke to took the time to get an answer to my question.

Went to get an awning for the car, the guy was really helpful and told us which bolts etc we needed. Ended up also buying a side shade piece to add to the awning. It all works really well!

Had the new Summit bull bar fitted to my Isuzu MUX by Mark and the team at Dandenong ARB and they did a great job, couldn't be happier with the result.

I visited ARB Dandenong drove from Mornington with interest in purchasing a Hi Lift jack. I was told by salesman with glasses the stronger cast iron jack is just outside showroom have a look at two others on display first. I waited for over half hour while he was making calls and talking to another staff member. He ignored me! I moved around the counter. He knew I was waiting.
I had an appointment back in Mornington and had to leave. Customer service zero.

I visited ARB Dandenong around 3: 30pm with interest in purchasing ARB hi lift jack. The man at the centre counter with glasses pointed to two on display and said the stronger cast iron ones are just outside have a look at the two on display first.
I looked at the two in the showroom and waited near the counter moving around the counter so he new I was there. He just ignored me taking calls talking to another staff member. After half an hour I left. Two and half hours waisted time.
Customer service does not deserve one star.

As I found them. Purchased latch extensions for side windows on canopy to try and get a bit of air flow through canopy to help fridge and battery. Gave a couple tips to make the change over a simple task.

Despite having some issues with the new bar, the install i did my self. I can be a very ocd customer. Steven was really helpfull and calm and friendly about the whole situation, which is rare in customer service these days. 10 mins of being in store after going back he sorted everything out for me. I Left a happy customer and he kept a customer. Thanks guys

I needed a canopy glass. I thought this would be a nightmare to find. Rang these guys up, super easy to talk to, I just needed to confirm so sizes and the price was less than I expected.

Really rude and unhelpful staff. Spoke to Anthony and asked about getting some roof racks for my Kia Sorento. He told me they only do 4x4 like mainly land cruisers etc.and I said the website stated they had products and fittings for Kia Sorento. So he said oh okay I see that here… well yeah our lead times are not good like late December is the earliest. Just seemed like he was trying to push me away. Not that I was in a rush anyway but now I’ll take my money and spend it elsewhere with someone who is actually willing to help people who don’t just own a land cruiser.

Arb have some amazing gear but too much is Chinese made. Some pricing is just ridiculous though and starting to buy much more gear from Ironman instead now.

Phoned me 5 minutes before I arrived to have my snorkel fitted to tell me it's not in stock and won't be till feb, had it booked in for months and need the snorkel for a trip - leaving in a week. I took a day off work and drove 40km for nothing. No offer of a fuel card or something for the inconvenience. Disgraceful customer service.

Visited store for a few upgrades on my Ranger. Staff are professionals with a wealth of knowledge showroom is well laid out and presented love that all equipment on display is clearly marked and priced.

I got twin ARB diff lockers, diff breathers and compressor done by the team at Dandenong and the install was to the highest standards. Very impressed with the work done when picking my ute up. Everything from the wiring, switches and compressor is very neat and professional. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, good advice on fitting a canopy. Josh explained everything clearly. Items l needed were available.

New store opening soon, looks great from what I have seen working on the place. Big workshop and friendly staff.
