Extremely clean, the double glazed windows are amazing for getting a good night sleep despite its handy location on the highway it's incredibly quiet! Friendly and welcoming hosts (chocolates on arrival are always gratefully received!) and an extremely comfortable bed. Very very happy to find this level of accommodation in Ararat! Will be staying here again on my next trip, very pleasantly surprised!

Lovely greeting when arrived. Our room was immaculate & very comfortable.
Walking distance to the local RSL where we had a wonderful meal.
