I'd always wanted to try this place out but had a bad experience at the other hookah joint a couple doors down so I put it off for a long time, which was a mistake. The owner chatted us up and was super friendly and helpful throughout. The interior by itself is a reason to visit, it's flat out incredible. If you're in the area and want a place to chill with a couple of friends but don't want to get drunk and gross then this is your spot

Interesting decor. Value for money. With ordering sheesha you will be convinced to buy some home decor too.

I went with a friend and we were looked after a lovely Egyptian lady. Super friendly. Loved her energy.

Great atmosphere, Arabic ornaments and artwork, felt like I was in the Middle East while I was there. Shop owner Liz was lovely as well

Very disappointed with customer services, my partner and I went in to buy shisha tobacco, an Egyptian women served us. She started flirting with my partner while I was standing still. She was trying to charge us $30 for a 50g pk then she said “ we are ausies we don’t care about the price”. This is ridiculous. I think the owner should be really carful with picking the right staff.

Very kind and caring workers/staff, well furnished with comfortable seating. Shisha price is cheap, coffee and tea are exquisite.

I’ve visited last night. The best shisha lounge and the excellent customer service by ahmed or yousef not sure with his name he is the guy from hyderabad i remember. ️️ And ofcourse the best shisa ever. ️️I’ll definitely visit this place again and again.

I made a good choice taking my mates and gf to this shisha place. Music was great, cosy place. Hospitality was good and shisha was nice too. I will be going back. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely wonderful. Polite staff make you feel at home no matter your background. Complimentary tea with all shisha. Shishas are smooth and tasty. Highly recommended.

We had watermelon mint and vanilla herbal shisha it was really great we were served by youseff he had really good customer service and was so nice good atmosphere will definitely be coming back

The arabica lounge is one of the best shisha place on Sidney road! Liz, the owner, she is a great host and she makes us feeling like at home all the time. The shisha are always clean and it s a pleasure to come and have a smoke here. The layout is perfect and all the antiques makes this place unique!
