Awful experience, waited weeks sometimes months for a reply form anyone throughout the whole process (2 years). Finally received an email august 2021 congratulating me on my visa acceptance which I still have not received (jan 2022), I sent several emails and phone calls and today I got a response saying I still owe $1200 before they will release my visa. This is a joke as I finished paying off the $7000 they charged me in October and now with 0 contact on their end they have come up with another $1200 of fees.

Smart, helpful people make difficult situations understandable. People who are unhelpful try to make easy things look difficult, and they charge a lot of money to do so. Unfortunately my experience with this service was more the latter than the former. I should have trusted myself more.
