Principal hairdresser and owner of this hair studio in Altona- Alana and Apprentice-Ebony are absolutely amazing. Alana knows Blondes and creates absolutely flawless colours. I recently had Alana put extensions in my hair and they’re fabulous, not only did she match the colour of my own hair but she has now given me so much more confidence. I love swinging my long locks of curls around. Reasonably priced for professional service. Absolutely worth every cent.

WOW JUST WOW. This was the first time booking with AR Hair Studio. Alana is very professional and yet sooo friendly. She asked me questions about what I would like, explaining what would suit me being Maori with thick hair and over 50. Her studio is so chic and Modern. Easy to find! Pricing is the cheapest I have ever come across! Especially for the quality. I would definitely recommend AR Hair studios in a heart beat. Please book your next hair appointment with Alana!

Alana booked me this morning for a blow wave & straighten at short notice (like 30min) and I couldn't believe how quick the service was, my hair is quite thick and up to my hips, so you could imagine how long it would take. She made sure I was taken care of asap so I could get to my next appt before my photoshoot. 10/10 can't thank you enough, I will be returning for a cut and colour next!

Alana and the team are the best. Ebony gives the best head massages and Vishant is such a wonderful addition to the team. Love going to the studio - always lots of laughs and chats. I've gone from black to blonde and couldn't be any happier with the colour. Best in the business!

This hair studio is warm and welcoming, Alana is beautiful, inviting & caring, and the salon's atmosphere was wonderful I felt comfortable and welcomed and she cut my hair just the way I like it & Ebony gave me a wonderful hair wash. Best colour techniques, always in LOVE with my hair EVERYTIME. Alana is very tentative to what I want achieve with my hair, and has knowledge, skill and techniques to achieve my vision everytime. My hair cuts are perfect everytime for long hair. Cannot recommend enough!
