The agent we dealt with (Julie) was so efficient. She got back to us within a day or so of application (I think we expressed interest over a weekend) and it was smooth sailing from then on. Any queries were answered within hours, not days.
Julie wasn't pushy, and really made it seem like no task was too great, and no question too difficult to answer.

Emily initially looked after my property and exceeded my expectations, however had to pass my properties to Tania M. And what a wonderful, beautiful lady, Tania is. She balances professionalism with personality, easily, and no request is to difficult. It really does feel like we are in partnership and if you work with her, she will make your life easier. I believe my properties are particularly challenging, but she does it easily and responds quickly to any request.
I joke a little, but to be honest, I think Tania M is my best investment.
