Aquatic Achievers Ferntree Gully

NOT a swim school for neurodivergent kids. Very inflexible program as kids must swim with their face in the water to progress past the basic class. They have no problem affecting a child’s self esteem and confidence by keeping a 7 year old in a swim class with 3 year olds in swim nappies. Some teachers also dunk anxious kids underwater without permission. If I could give zero stars I would!

Great lessons here. Vast improvement in my child skills. I can not fault them. But heads up, it's a very busy swimming centre.

Swim coaching is good, instructors good when you get one consistently. Too many instructors churning through sets the kids back as new instructors have to learn strengths and weaknesses. They need better handover. Cant give a higher score as the parking is abysmal. Used to be tolerable then a gym was slapped on the site. It is unsafe for children now, as there is no walkway to use. Unacceptable.

I can’t Recommend Aquatic Achievers more highly. My son who is recently diagnosed with autism has felt safe to develop his swimming skills here.
Riley BECAUSE of you, you helped Elijah feel comfortable around the water, not pressuring him to jump in the water immediately but ease him into it step by step even if it meant a few orientation. I am sitting here watching my son kick and laugh in the water because the team at Aquatic Achievers was patient and accepting of my son. Thank you so so much you guys are amazing. Worth every cent

The facility is well equipped, all the teachers are very polite and patient. My boys have got tremendous improvement on their skills.

We just recently joined this swim school and loving it. All the instructors and staff are friendly and love the fact that instructors pay attention to each child (compared to the previous swim school we went). As a parent the most enjoyable part for me is the online portal. I don't have to call and inform any leaves. Everything is so easy to book/reschedule and change classes via the portal. Every thing is visible and don't have to worry about public holidays. Keep up the good work Aquatic achievers! (Just wish I sent my kid way earlier to this place)

Very well organised to cope with the covid issues. Caring instructors makes it a good experience for the kids.

The swimming lessons have been very good, our daughter is happy and we have seen good progress. The facilities are also very new with spacious change rooms. However, their admin is abysmal; I rang and left messages 4 times and had no call back, and I filled out a direct debit payment form one week to be told the following week we were in arrears and needed to pay immediately, and had to set up direct debit AGAIN!

Brilliant Swim school - we have been to a few and this is the best we have experience. Kids have been improving greatly Keep up the great work.

I can't fault Learn to Swim FTG, all the staff are helpful and smiling and the facilities are great. The instructors actually get their hair wet, demonstrate the swimming and give tailored help to each child.
